If it were possible I would give this company a MINUS 5 stars. The merchandise was fine HOWEVER, they sent all of the wrong sizes. When I looked at the website to start the return process, I discovered that they had created a second identical order so they charged me double, When you receive an email which is supposed to contain return instruction, there are no instruction, They tell you to keep the items and they will refund a 40% refund. Of course there is no telephone number or address that you can contact them so you are out 60%. If you decide to place an order, all I can tell you is to be sure of your size, hope that what they send will be the size you ordered and hope for the best!

I ordered a pair of shorts based on the information given on the website including the sizing chart. What I received was nothing like what I saw in the photo presented. The shorts was supposed to be below the knee, instead they were a few inches above the knee. Neither did they fit. The button hole was too small for the button, and overall, the shorts were very cheaply made using the minimum of fabric. Apparently, I have to pay the postage for returning this item which did not fit the advertised description. What a horrible way of conducting business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

A Product arrived but was nothing like the photo on the web. It was cheap and nasty…..having read the reviews below it seems there is little point trying to complain/return.
So, just don’t buy from them, it is rubbish and they really do not care.

I spent three hours shopping on this site in the clearance section. I understood that my order would not qualify for free shipping, but could not find shipping costs listed and easily transparent. When I completed my order of 9 shirts ($77 order), I was charged over $53 in shipping. I deleted my order, wrote off a morning wasted, and will not give my business to this company in the future.

I ordered a coat but i was sent a pajama outfit. It cost 38.99. I have reported and opened a dispute with my bank. I am not going to reach out to them because they will just not respond. They charged me under a different name called chickv uk. They are a scam!!!!!! check them out on google. Do not trust just fashion now.

Awful company. MOST OF MY ITEMS DID NOT ARRIVE. PLEASE REFUND MY ORDER. One item out of my whole big order arrived £179 for one blouse. After they sent the one item from Chine they informed me that i hsd given the wrong address (i clearly hadn't). They also said that they tried to deliver my items when i wasnt in (also didn't happen) when investigating further the packages where never dispatched. REFUND MY ORDER.

Here I am again, waiting for Justfashionnow to delete my name and personal information from their website because I want nothing, but NOTHING, to do with this company. Their response? NOTHING, except one email saying they can't do it (false) and a canned response to my first Trustpilot review. Cheap goods, nothing like the website photos, including shoes with non-stick Velcro that don't fasten. I swear they are made of cardboard. Also, they repeatedly told me the items had been shipped when they had not left the warehouse. Shoddy service guarantees I won't be bothered to ask for my money back. So I want my information OFF their site. Do they even answer my emails continuing to demand this? NOTHING. So thanks for nothing, Justfashionnow. One star? Not even one point of a star. In fact, no star at all. Trustpilot, by all means send this review to Justfashionnow but don't hold your breath for a response. You might not wake up tomorrow.

Had problem with communicating need of refund. They obviously read Trust Pilot reviews as they did respond to my comments on it and i can confirm that they have sent my refund. Thanks for that at least.

Have you noticed how all the positive reviews are fake. Think chinese peeps may not have a good handle on no -chinese names but very funny to read through 🤣😂😂 plenty of site like this, all chinese in origin...very simple stop buying from china 👍

I will never order from this company again. The product was awful. Cheap material. Size way too big. Put it into the trash as a charity shop would not even accept it. Product nothing like advertised. I should have read reviews first. Please take advice , dont waste money or time on this company. They should be ashamed.

Ordered and payed, never recieved item, dont refund my money... and they play fool.
Worst compagny ever. Dont waste your money. The are scammers. I wanna take them down so they dont steal from other people anymore.

Do not buy from this seller under any circumstances. I ordered 4 items in size L. Eventually 4 completely wrong items arrived in size 3XXL. I contacted them to explain the error but they did not respond. I then discovered their appalling record on this website. I paid through PayPal fortunately, so registered a dispute with them. They have negotiated a refund after the company wanted me to return the items at my own expense or keep them for a 30%discount. NB you can claim return postage from PayPal in disputes like this.

Horrible quality SCAM
I have ordered some jackets and sweaters, the pictures are completely different from what arrives, as other reviewes rate, the pictures are stolen from other websites. Hope someone is smarter than me and checks the trustpilot before sending money to them.
Stay away from this website!

Strangely my previous bad rating review has disappeared. So, recap:
**This appears to be a US company but is actually Chinese and goods sent from China
**The photos they use to advertise goods are from OTHER companies websites.
**Eventually, they send the goods, which are NOT what you've ordered but their poor and nasty copies which bear only the vaguest resemblance to the photos and are not of the material stated either
**In order to get a refund, despite the fact that you've received goods you DIDNT ORDER, the company insist that you pay for the return shipping
**I have lodged a complaint with PayPal, which they agreed, but they still confirm that customer needs to pay the return shipping
**So tomorrow, I am about to pay £50 to courier back all goods, in order to get a refund of £151.00 which is the total I originally paid.
**So, I am left £50 down, and no bona fide goods
**The company is fraudulent and operates customer deception and extortion, not to mention the IP and copyright fraud in respect of the photos they use to lure the innocent shopper into this nasty affair
**Most people lose the will before they get the length of disputing and jumping through the return hoops
**I'm not checking the box to send this review to the company, as they just come back with the mantra 'sorry you are not satisfied, company policy is buyer pays return shipping'. Clearly they cannot engage in any deeper dialogue on the matter without admitting that their practices are deceptive and immoral. Utterly, utterly detestable

Do not buy from this Chinese company that has a nice website but...
Delivery is exceptionally slow.
Their sizing chart is incorrect.
Their colours do not match correctly.
When informed they have sent wrong items they try to persuade you to keep the item and offer a discount on purchasing more, even though they made the mistake!
If you keep persevering that they have sent wrong items they insist you send items back to China at your expense.
The patterns are printed on the material not woven in, thus items are very cheap looking and not like the photos shown.
Overall rubbish company.
Ps they will respond, but don't believe them..

Again stay clear of this company as they are fraudulent!!!
Sent me wrong item and are refusing to pay postage to return item even they sent wrong colour boots (burgundy not black) so offering me 20% credit.
I refused and asked for a correct colour to be sent but saying I have to pay to China to return boots they sent.
Just stay well clear as they are a rip off.
I probably have no rights because they are abroad so£40 down!

Since I've being waiting, for 4 months now, a blouse to come in the right size, I believe that I am entitled to post that JustFashionNow is a very bad organized company when it comes to clothing. The sizes do not fit to the European or American ones. The service is not responding well. If you wish to exchange clothing for the right size, it will cost you money, unreasonable time and a lot of nerves. If they’ll send you the clothing by a private delivery company you might pay over 100 euros or dollars for import taxes. In any case of exchanging clothing, you will lose money for a cheap quality item. Most of the clothing is of low quality, mainly synthetic and very poor in cotton. JustFashionNow people know their weakness in exchanging clothes that’s why they propose to their clients to “donate the wrong items at a charitable institution"!
