In the unlikely event that a problem develops during the warranty period, Just Doors UK will simply replace the faulty item. We will do our best to match any previous items supplied, but due to availability of materials this may not always be possible.
The performance and quality of all uPVC profiles, door slabs* and gaskets are guaranteed for 10 years, sealed units 5 years and hardware and locks 1 year, from the date of delivery allowing for fair wear and tear.

Very good service from ordering to delivery. They make sure you have the right measurements etc. You are sent a delivery date/time and then you are contacted on the day by the driver. Fantastic service, would recommend this company! 👍

Great customer service! Just Doors were quick to respond to my request for a quote and were really helpful in selecting the finer details. Good product
Good product, communications and delivery very good.
Only criticism is the lack of provision of the glazing platforms that are required to fit the glass. Response from company was that the wedges in the fitting kits can be used to fit the glazing, but installation videos push the use of the Liniar glazing platforms. Used most of the wedges to fit the frames and have had to buy the glazing platforms from Ebay. Why not just provide??

Good product selection and sizing web page tool, delivered within the 2 to 3 week window. Reasonable fitting support guides and good quality product. Didn’t arrive with the fixing kit I ordered but resolved very quickly by good customer service team along with the quick replacement of a door seal that got damaged during the door adjustment stage. Would recommend this company.
