Absolutely awful customer service from this company. No one can be bothered to sort anything out. They keep giving excuse after excuse. Then you get told that some one will come back with a response. No one ever does. I’ve never come across anything as poor as this.

I recently enlisted the services of this cleaning company, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. The attention to detail exhibited by their team was exceptional – every nook and cranny of my home received meticulous care. From the moment they arrived, the staff demonstrated professionalism and efficiency. They not only met but exceeded my expectations, leaving my home not just clean, but revitalized. Firstly, there were significant issues with punctuality. Despite booking a cleaning appointment for 4 pm, your team did not arrive until 6:30 pm, causing a considerable inconvenience. This forced me to reschedule for the following day, only to encounter the same problem with the team arriving over an hour late once again.

Furthermore, I was disappointed with the quality of the service provided. It was evident that the team did not maximize the time booked, and the overall results were subpar.

In addition, I feel that the value for money I received was exaggerated and did not reflect the quality of the service provided. This has left me feeling that I wasted my money on a service that did not meet my expectations.

Moreover, I found the customer service to be lacking. The slow response and the absence of a readily available phone number for immediate assistance only compounded my frustration. This experience has led me to the decision that
I will never use your service again.

I do not recommend this app to anybody in Riyadh. They have a very poor customer sevice and do not care about the quality of the service. They act as the channel to third parties companies and not not take any responsibility for a bad service or even not receiving the service at all. They do not refund your money even if you have not received the sevice and trick you with several calls to exhaust you from claiming your rights. I hope this helps other people not to get fool for this type of companies.

I made a deposit on the wallet for more than one service. They accept the booking and during 2 hours was lying that cleaner is on the way… and never come. When I asked for refund they said 24hours. It’s already more than 10 days and they don’t refund the money. JUST ANOTHER SCAMMERS.

Today's two cleaners came to my apartment in Dubai with a man who entered my apartment to the kitchen without permission then got out and left. When I called the customer service they saying he is the driver. What the ... a driver getting into my apartment. If he is a driver then he must stay in the car...

Also, two girls just cleaned a kitchen a hallway and 2 bathroom even they didn't start in the bedrooms . And all this in two hours. If they can't provide a service then why the hell they are working!

Very bad , very expensive company , the maids burned some of my clothes and denied she did I have not been refunded.
I do not recommend it

My appointment was 4.pm but didn't came, i had call customer service about this issue also he didn't help me. Really no comments about the time management.

I think this is the right company. I had Clayton and Paul working on my companies yard yesterday. I thought they just came to empty the bins, but they cleaned the yard also. I've never seen it look so tidy. Great work and great customer service

Just Clean has cleaned my apartment twice so far and I plan to continue their services. The apartment is nicely cleaned, but it’s the customer service that sold me. I’m not easy to schedule and they spent extra time to satisfy my limited schedule. Service and good work are not easy to find. I was lucky.

Had the roof on the house, (double) garage and conservatory cleaned by Just Clean (Clint and Steve) just before the lock down and I’m so pleased with the excellent job they did. The house is surrounded by trees so the roof(s) were a mess but the lads got stuck in starting at 7.45 am and worked through until finishing at about 3.45 pm. The gutters and facia boards etc., were also cleaned, great job by Just Clean, thank you very much.

I would recommend Just Clean 100%.

Extremely poor service. First order was late and second order placed the driver never arrived and when I contacted customer service the representative mentioned it's my fault that i didn't contact them earlier. I would never use their service again.

Also the application is full of bugs, when you chat with customer service you can't even see what you type.

My laundry was delivered to a different cleaner, than the one l selected, l was charged more than quoted, my laundry was lost, when the delivery arrived, twice it was not my clothes, over 48 hours later I still do not have my clothes and the chat feature is slow, non-responsive or intermittent.

Very Nice , convenient and easy to use . Laundry pick up & delivery on exactly same time as mentioned in app.

Awesome application , but about the laundry bag offer i feel it’s saving but there is no fast service on that I hope there is fast service on that bag it’s totally big saving

Amazing service app, superb idea however some laundries doesn’t have 24hrs service which I hope to be general among all laundries

I used the app when I was in Dubai for few days to clean suits.
Great and reliable services.
However, a more advanced search engine (using several criteria) would be welcome.

Easy to use,
I have more laundries to browse with different prices with free pickup and delivery,
the good thing is the prices of the laundries are same as they offer in their laundries offline.

I'd suggest to have services by types, for instance, carpets, shoes, etc
