I have tried to order a Tshirt twice for a birthday present.
The first time in April and after almost a month it wasn’t received. I contacted Just Character and they refunded the money.
Thinking maybe it was just bad luck I tried ordering it again in May and almost 3 weeks later still not received and the tracking information has not been updated since the 1st May.
Not the best and would not use them again as company is not reliable.
Straightforward to order and prompt free delivery.
You sent me wrong items and wont give me my money back.
As always you supply great clothing, my son loves them.
It has been 1 month and i have still not received my item. I have emailed and no reply to my emails.
