I've been ordering from here for several years. This last year has not been very customer driven. I get orders i didn't order and orders i've place that don't seem to ever come through.

Thank you! The last delivery on two days was amazing! And your products are amazing. I have cronic pain and neuropathy it seems to help with both! I sleep better at night! Thank you for always caring! I think if you want premium CBD this is your one stop. Even my pain doctor tested it and told me to continue using this product! I have been ordering from them for quite a while now. I like how they have a good selection of products and they offer weekly discounts. I use their sleep gummies and their customer service is always helpful.

I ordered Just CDB THC back in February of this year. I had ordered this several times in the past so I wasnt afraid to order and I paid in full. Now I'm getting emails from Sezzle (whatever that is) and they are taking money out of my account. So far they have taken $38.09 for something I already paid for. If Just CDB is working with Sezzle, I won't be back. What should have cost me $56, now is $94

I have a problem with sleeping at night and I tried a lot of different products, but nothing worked. I have been using justcbd sleep gummies for a while now and theyre the best I had. gives me deep sleep and knocks me out fast. Customer service are very friendly and they helped with my orders.

I started using gummies after weaning my daughter at 18months. I have always had panic attacks but this time the hormone crash was prolonged and insanely intense. I mean I was having panic attacks multiple times a day. I would even get them once or twice a night.. waking me out of my sleep. It was absolutely hell. My husband suggested I try CBD and I was skeptical because I don't use ANYTHING but to my surprise these gummies are amazing. Dead honest they have changed my life and they stopped my panic attacks for the majority of the time, if I feel one start coming I take a gummy and things improve drastically.

JUSTCBD has great products. Everything I have had tastes good and I haven't had any side effects.
They claim it has very minimal thc in the gummies that are only CBD. I can confirm. I have taken two drug tests with 15ng detection rates with no problem. My husband jas taken them and had "surprise" drug tests at work three times now and my mother also has been tested for her job and it is clear so no worries.

This company is awesome though, I have a subscription and due to my local post office they have corrected the issue twice. You do have to start your issues via email but it is no worries, it gets sorted. Just this week I had a delivery problem but they sent ny product back out with a signature as I requested and I got it finally.

I have no complaints. I have turned family and friends onto their gummies and they have no issues either.

My order was delayed so I contacted the customer service representative and they were able to get my order out right away. I will definitely be ordering again

I’ve been ordering their CBD gummies for years. The past year the customer service has been awful. My monthly subscription orders never get sent until I email repeatedly. Emails are ignored until the 5th or 6th one. I love the products but the company has changed drastically in the past several months. I’m currently looking for somewhere else to get similar CBD products. Stay away from this company.

I had a great experience with this store been ordering from them for a while now and shipping usually takes 3-4 days. I love this place. Great products and customer service is so nice and always helpful.

I’m extremely disappointed with JustCBD’s shipping and customer service.

I placed my order on Saturday and paid for two-day shipping. I fully understand that weekends may not count as business days, but by Monday there should have been at least a tracking number or a clear update.

Instead, I received no response at all. I emailed their support address twice (Sunday and Monday) and got zero replies.

It’s now Tuesday, and only today was I informed that the shipping label was just created. The package hasn’t even been dropped off at USPS yet, and there is no estimated delivery date.

This is not how a serious company operates. If delays happen, communication matters — and here, there was none.

Very disappointing experience. I expected much better professionalism.

I ordered cbd nighttime gummies, love the experience and the price. I agree the shipping could be a little faster but I still got it 6 days after I ordered.

I had no issues ordering , my order got lost by usps I called customer service and they gave me a one time replacement at no charge super nice great experience ....

Worst store ever. Took 4 days to get an email saying they need to verify my identity. No problem with that other than my order should have been shipped already. Two days later no update so I emailed and asked if my order will not be shipped soon to refund me. No response just a refund. Obviously this business does not need you to buy from them. So find a business that does.

This did absolutely nothing for me. I purchased the 250mg CBD sour gummy bears. Please note, If it does not have THC, it is a waste. I will never buy these again. I will only buy regular gummy bears.

Absolutely failing last several months. The retail processing delays are Also happening on the Wholesale side . Order confirmations but then Nothing! Emails are useless and it’s a shame as the Company has Great Product but if you can’t get it what is the point of trying sell my customers on the brand!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. My order from over a week ago has still not been processed. I’ve emailed customer service - got no where after several emails. Finally had to call and all I got was excuses of why my order was still not processed. They offered 3 day shipped once it is processed but that does me no good.

Understand they were closed 2 days for the holidays but they had plenty of “24 hr processing” time after the holidays and yet my order still sits. What a joke and what poor customer service.

Do not waste your money or time with this joke of a company .
