I myself solved my problem with my HP printer scanner (HP Envy 76400) as follows: I turned off the computer, the router and the printer, and then turned them on again one by one. This was NOT suggested by Prashanth S.
Your "expert" asked routine questions which did not offer any insight or expertise.
Your method of extracting my credit card number from me was fraudulent: you promised help by e-mail in exchange for payment of just £1.

I paid £10 for a piece of advice. Took 5 or 6 minutes and was fair enough. 3 days later I hadn’t realized I had signed up to a monthly subscription and was then charged £29 for something I didn’t want! Be careful
They operate a subscription Trap you think you are signing up for a nominal payment of £1 but they sucker you into a subscription model where they take £39 and refuse to reimburse.
