Watch was delivered in a couple of days

Katie went out of her way to help me. I wanted the watch but was leaving for vacation. She arranged for the watch to be held and shipped after I returned. I am very grateful for the help.

Great product at the right price. Watch arrived as stated, did look different from the photo as it was slightly lighter. This was more than made for by the free stainless strap which I didn't think would go having looked at the colour in the photo, but matched perfectly with watch in the flesh.

If you are in the United States and are looking for a watch that you can't get here, these are you people! I ordered an Expedition North Pole and an extra band for it and my N1 Rocket.

The only improvement I can think of is to make sure the watch has a bit of charge. My solar North Pole was almost dead when I got it. It was also difficult to align the date with the change in time zone. There was no harm done in the end, I also know my watch got caught up in the DHL warehouse for longer than it was supposed to which was a DHL issue not you. I have about 8 Vostok Europe watches and it is sometimes difficult to understand what case (plastic crate or card stalk) each watch will come in. It would make for a great website addition to include the case each watch will come in.

Watch store is very easy to deal with. Carries watches that are hard to find in the mainstream market .

Unfortunately the crown came off my late father's Rolly and I was gutted! I contacted Susan to enquire what could be done? After returning the watch for an initial assessment it was decided it had to be returned to Mathey Tissot for repair. I have just received the repaired watch after a 7 week turnaround which is fantastic it's great to have it back and wearable it means so much. My sincerest thanks to Susan and the team for a truly 1st class service and customer care
