Overall service was good.However,I did not receive any updates on my order, which did not arrive in the stated timeframe. I had to query this, which got a quick response. I am giving a 4 as being updated on the issue preventing my order coming on time would have been appreciated. Seller provided a complementary gift for delay.

I received the watch with a metal…

I received the watch with a metal bracelet, but I ordered the Vostok watch with blue leather stripes. I'm a little upset because I don't have time to change this watch since it's a birthday gift. I'll have to buy the stripes separately. But I'm happy with the fast delivery.
