Terrible service

Terrible service. Order took nearly 1hour 30 on a Wednesday night. Called up to chase this and they said the driver was just leaving at that moment. When the food arrived they was missing 1 box of wings. Requested a refund but they said no and wanted to send the replacement box out. Given that it took 1 hour 30 for the first order to come out, at 21:30pm at night I wasn't wanting to wait around till 23:00 for them to resolve this. In the end they didn't even apologise properly just blamed the App and didn't provide any resolution to the complaint... Food was cold... Service was crap and wouldn't be going back to them until they sort their staff and attitude out.
