They are legit just bad at giving tracking numbers
So as many would have asked this is a legit website as long as it's just-vapes.com. I ordered my vapes on Monday night and got them the following thursday so was very quick. I was very cautious since I was able to pay via payID and various things just seemed a miss but seems like I was just being paranoid. Just their customer service wasn't that good since I was worried I was messaging them and I received a email that said it had been sent when it hadn't and then the real one the tracking link didn't work so I had to contact them more that once to ask for a working tracking link and they did eventually send me one. But in terms of legitimacy of this website it seems to be 100% real as I paid the amount I expected and received them a day earlier than expected

Great first experience here. First time order, stock items selected were out of stock when packing. Had an SMS from them, offered substitutes and sent them straight away, delivery was 2 days from door to door. This will be my new supplier.

Great shipping and response time
They were great and would recommend to anyone looking for vapes. If you have an issue they are fast to respond to any issues you have. They pack their order well too and ship quickly after paying.

We’ve also had some postal delays in certain regional areas, including parts of North Queensland, which has been impacting delivery times more than usual, but we still should have communicated that properly throughout.

Sounds like you got stuck in the “waiting to verify payment” loop a bit too long. We actually had a temporary email/system issue at the time which caused some confirmations and updates to not go out properly, so some orders didn’t get the usual tracking and comms flow.
That’s not good enough though, especially since you’ve ordered with us before and had no issues. You should’ve had clear updates the whole way through.
To make up for the hassle, we’ve gone ahead and processed a full refund for your order. It should be back in your account shortly. Refund receipt was sent to your email.
