Had to request a refund in the end due to an excessive wait time for my order which never made it past order confirmed.A Refund eventually happened after 4 days, the customer service representative offered to send the order for free which I’m still waiting to hear back about.

The delay is on us. We’ve been flooded with orders this week and the team has been flat out trying to get everything sent as quickly as possible. AusPost has also been a bit slow after the Black Friday rush, so some parcels have been sitting in their depots for a few days.

These guys are absolutely amazing, I have been scammed $350 by 2 other stores that no longer exist. Single mum I was very reluctant to purchase online again came across these guys and WOW how amazing they have been. updated me every step of the way and reassured me everything would run smoothly and with out a doubt it did.
