Very very disappointed - I ordered my items on 29/04 but have been charged but not received my goods! I have left messages but on response either!

Fast shipping, accurate and priced right! We are very pleased with our hard to find purchase.

Had to pay custom to get the protuct in Europe. The website and ordering sayd nothing about them but few days later after ordering, I had to pay extra 20 bucks to my 60 buck order.

I've been using Just Keepers for about 25 years. Just Keepers has great products and great service. When an item I ordered was out of stock, customer service contacted me right away and offered a similar item in exchange.

Absolutely the best in the business by miles,I have used just keepers for years when I played and now my son who plays in goals,brilliant to deal with and super fast delivery too,10/10 👍

Bought to pairs of gloves for my son latex came off when removing plastic from palms and fingers refused refund and exchange as they said it was me with my nails am a man don’t have nails and the 2nd pair my son was only catching the ball in the garden 5 minutes to try out his new gloves and the latex came off all the finger tips even after they had been washed as they should be refused refund or exchange would never buy from these again disgraceful

Very good gloves

I bought a pair of goalkeeper gloves for my son from Just Keepers. Within 10 minutes of a training session – after fewer than 10 saves in a shooting drill – the latex on the gloves was already peeling off significantly. I have photos taken immediately afterwards.

When I contacted customer service, they refused a refund or replacement, claiming that "latex wear is natural" and can happen from first use. They pointed to disclaimers on their website and a leaflet sent with the order.

I understand that gloves wear down over time. But falling apart after 10 minutes of light use is not "natural wear" – it's a product that is not fit for purpose.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 overrides any store disclaimer. Goods must be of satisfactory quality and last a reasonable length of time. These gloves did not.

Just Keepers have refused to take responsibility. I would not recommend buying from them unless you're prepared to accept that your new gloves might not last a single training session.

I had an issue with a glove strap and the guys were amazing at sorting out the issue, terrific customer support. An excellent company, efficient and swift delivery of your purchases. 100% recommended

You guys should buy from here, not only is it affordable but you get options what more can you want

Plenty of choice and updates on stock unlike other retailers. Only improvement I can see needing is communication. Other than that superb as always deliveries on time.

Amazing gloves and fast shipping. I can’t believe it took less than a week to get my gloves. I live in California and they got shipped from the United Kingdom.
