Mangelhafte Ware bei just-commerce

Mangelhafte Ware bei just-commerce – Keine kostenlose Retoure

Per Vorkasse bestellt, die Ware hat jedoch Untermaß (Steghöhe 31 statt 35 cm, Länge minus 10 cm). Dem Händler wurden vorab eindeutige Fotos zur Verfügung gestellt, die den Mangel belegen. Dennoch verweigert Oliver Perrone ein kostenloses Retourenlabel. Rücksendekosten bis max. 6 € werden laut Händler nur erstattet, wenn er den Mangel auf einer eigenen Testmatratze bestätigt. Nach Ankündigung eines Schlichtungsverfahrens wurde zudem die Schlichtungsklausel aus den AGB der Webseite entfernt. Gesetzliches Verbraucherrecht wird hier leider ignoriert.
