Booked for an auto electrical fault diagnosis on boot loom full diagnostic history, fault codes, and documentation sent in advance by email, which wasn't read before arrival. Charged £455 for 5 hours, during which he left mid-afternoon to source tyres for another job. Left the car with wiring exposed, joints poorly soldered, nothing taped or finished, and wiring run directly through the boot slam vents — a genuine water ingress and chafing risk that could have caused further damage down the line if left. No invoice sent. Said he'd be back 'next week' to finish and look at a second fault — over a week later, no contact, no booking. Had to re-route and finish the wiring repair myself. I am not en electrical engineer and got it done in 3 hours. Would not use again. Probably needs to stick to installing dash cams.
