If u urgent to get touch with cs or person in charge ASAP in juno no one care about your problems, if u from malaysia and your cs from Indonesia they so racist idk why. Bad broker ever. Pls stay aways from this broker.
Other broker only take fews hours to solve your problem, juno can take a week.
