I signed up and received the Dunks but they were fake! I asked for a return and they accepted it but I had to send the order to China! I wasn’t agree because the seller’adress was in France So I sent it to the address that was on the website in France but it was returned. I ended up sending it to China, to the address they gave me and guess what: it was returned! And now in addition to the loss of shoes, I have the loss of shipping to France and China! ALL FALSE AND DISHONEST! DON’T TRUST THEM!

This is just fake stuff from China. That’s why delivery takes 3 months… If you like an overpriced counterfeit - this is the way to go. But forget customer service. The moment you start to ask “difficult” questions nobody answers and your money is gone..,

Fake stuff from China. When you want to return the shoes (which should be free) they give you just an adress in China and have to pay the return cost by yourself. Bad backoffice and they will stall in the hope you give up.

No response on my emails about the delivery date…

The trainers when they arrived - were exactly what my son wanted at a fraction of the price, great quality - the only downside was the delivery time - I waited weeks however Adrian at Jungles Shoes kept me up to-date every-time I emailed asking for an update which was on a regular basis. The only negative I can say was there was no tracking information provided.

After 5 weeks I am stil waiting for the shoes to be delivered. I tried to get in contact with customer support but the telephone numbers you provided om the website are disconnected. Very poor support and I will never order via your website again
