Horrible service... They are basically middle man that utilizes other companies and marks up cost for many free services... Had to cancel my credit card and force a charge back after they ran my card without my permission, tried to scam funds and refused to respond to messages... The John character (which is just a name for different agents to hide behind of for the terrible service) was extremelyyyy disrespectful... They took FOREVERRRR (monthsss) to process my EIN and ITIN after they messed up my submission... I would NEVER recommend them... STAY FAR AWAY!

Terrible SCAM service.I NOT recommend to do deal anyone with this agency,especially if you are nou US resident,better to open business in your country and pay taxes than this LLC or any other.I have pay lot of money to this agency to do nothing.They promise you that will open bank account because they partnered with MERCURY BANK which is not true.Everyone can sign up and later send email and password to proceed with process which this bank ask.When someone promise that you will open bank account and charge for that than you shoud do.SCAM SCAM SCAM agency.I pay Annual Franchise Tax on October 2021 with penalties because this agency not send me email on time,now 6 months later they send me email to pay again Annual Franchise tax, so they ask money twice per year not once.They also have plans like Plus Plan and Pro Plan which is more expensive and push you to choose Pro Plan telling you that with that Annual Pro Plan they can do more jobs for you like filling documents e.t.c.Also they recommend you Bookmate,Trybookmate.co telling you that they also partnered with him and you can get discount,NOTHING TRUE.Bookmate ask me $100 per month having or not having sales.Now is more expensive.And for the filling tax services which need to de done by April 15 i pay $450.BOOKMATE and JUMPSTARTFILLINGS DO NOT MAKE ANY DEAL WITH THIS 2 AGENCIES,THEY ARE BIG BIG SCAM.THEY WILL TAKE YOU ALL YOUR MONEY!!! jumpstartfillings.co and jumpstartfillings.com are same agency.

Stay away from this company! They get your money and do nothing! You mail them 100 times and they never answer. They can't even fulfill their services! Worst company ever!

Terrible service! Instead of LLC for 2 partners, they registered for 1 partner. After 1 year I found that the company registered for 2 partners. I asked to charge it from 2 partners to 1 partner, they asked to pay $149 and didn't do anything for 6 months. Now they don't reply for weeks!

The worst experience in my life. I hope that I didn't spend $1 with this company.

Lots of problems. they are not organized at all.
They made an error in the registration name and refuse to fix it. and they want me to pay for that.

They do not provide any official document to prove that you are running this business.

Need to close the company ... they ask for more money $149, I don't trust them at all.
Should I pay $149 ? because "John Destacamento" threaten me, that if I don't pay $149 I will be in trouble if I plan to open another business in US. (especially that I gave them my Social Security Number during the registration ... because they fail to register the company without it)

I think I made a big mistake when I decided to work with them :(

Its a scam !!!! Beware of this company !!! We paid for a bank account and have not received it to this day.
They open your company but will then blackmail you to keep it going ...
we paid all fees in 2020
this company was simply put in the deletion and attempts are being made to extort another 400 dollars through a support employee named john. this is only there to extort money is not part of any discussion.
We are preparing a lawsuit against these companies, please contact me to get your money back. You will not incur any costs, we will take care of them !!!! It is important for us to get enough people
we have already lost over $ 1000 to these scammers ...
don't make the same mistake

Do not trust this company. They will take money from you and will make a company for you. Then what about the filings. they will take another payments and will do nothing.

So you have to face legal issues and loose your company. And they will ask more money to dissolve your company.
