Driven by machines, not humans. I enrolled, paid my money. Every time I tried to start, the app just took me to Pay Again. Finally I got 1 five minutes, very basic lesson. Support is a machine based, and useless. 24 hours to get respond with useless info (many times). I am trying to get my money back. I have never experienced anything so bad. My advice is “don’t bother, it’s a nightmare”.

The app has a lot of practice situations and a lot of word learning. I am new to Spanish and it accommodates me at my low level of knowledge
This app is, for me, reliable and very easy to use. Unfortunately, my learning style isn't working with it but I was treated well by the support team, offered an alternative and given a refund quickly. My friend's learning style is doing very well with Jumpspeak. I recommend trying it.
Started with Jumpspeak his week after a recommendation from a friend. I find it engaging and there is a lot more emphasis on soaking than other apps I’ve used. Great to see a good variety of content too.

Impossible to cancel despite it saying “100 day money back guarantee”. Have emailed them and tried their contact form - both email and form very hard to source online. I’ve still had no response from them confirming my cancellation. The platform itself also sucks - bad voice recognition and I thought I’d have a conversation but instead it writes while you speak, forcing you to look at the phone rather than just talk normally. Massive scam - avoid!

I got confused during my sign up process and realized I spent more than I could afford. The powers that be at Jumpspeak refunded my money when I explained this to them. I think this company deserves consumer trust. They are very accommodating.

Used the app very little as it really didn’t perform as advertised- was looking forward to using the conversation module but it never worked. Canceled my subscription but was still charged €89 renewal fee a year later- no reminder about the upcoming renewal - I guess that’s how they make their money since the “money back guarantee” is false advertising. Buyer beware- save your money- there are much better options.

I have not had this bad of an experience ever with a company. They wouldn’t help me cancel the free trials for their premium accounts and then charged me $579!!! That is so much money to me. Then they claimed they do NO REFUNDS for their free trial stuff. This seems like a crime. I feel like they stole money from me. Do not sign up with these guys.

I’ve had very positive experience with jumpspeak. I enjoy the platform and from my experience the customer service was excellent. Very prompt and helpful, had my issue fixed almost immediately. I’d gladly recommend them to anyone.
Jumpspeak platform is great . However I didn't have the time to devote and needed to learn hands free in my car. When I explained the situation they immediately returned my money.
I contacted support via email within days of paying the subscription (through their website). I invoked the 100-day money back guarantee - no reply. I have now been charged again for a subscription that I cancelled. Again, no response back from Jumpspeak. If you want this app I suggest do it through Apple Subscriptions and not the Jumpspeak website.

This company does not exist in a physical building, even though they list an address. They are listed under another name, but when you try to find the ZIP Code for that address, it does not come up on the U United States Postal Service website. There is no physical company. I believe this might be an offshore company. I canceled their service for the 100 days free within 30 days. I received a confirmation on their app, and then one year later was billed $99 for a service I had canceled. If you try to get your money back, they dispute it. They are not legitimate, and I have personally advised the Better Business Bureau of their nefarious ways. Don’t do business with them is my suggestion.

I joined up and immediately ran into trouble. I couldn’t access the full programme which I signed up for. Turns out that when I downloaded the app, Apple generated a different email address which had logged me in. After a few emails to the help team, (they responded to every email)it soon became clear what my problem was. After I logged out and logged back in with the correct email with which I purchased Jumpspeak, it all worked perfectly
They are trying to back out of their refund policy. I added on the "MasterClass" lifetime access for $37 with assurance that I could get a full refund within 30 days if I don't love it. As soon as we opened it, it was clear that it was not anything close to a masterclass. They advertised 130 videos, after I told them I was interested in Spanish, yet only 38 of the videos were Spanish related. And even those were on basic topics that anyone could get for free on YouTube. So I immediately asked for a refund and they responded "Please note that, according to our refund policy, the Master Class add-on ($37) is non-refundable. We’re very sorry, but we’re unable to process a refund for this item." So I sent them back a screen shot from their website that shows clearly their promise to offer a full refund within 30 days if not fully satisfied.
