Incredible trampoline. Amazing quality and it was SUPER easy to set up. Only took me about an hour by myself. No tools required. The kids absolutely love it and I’ve even been jumping on it myself (the Father). I’m so thankful for this big family purchase. Well worth the money over those cheap brands

A 15 foot tramp was delivered in April 2024, but missing 25% of the springs needed. Jumpflex cannot provide a delivery date for the missing items.

Very impressed with quality. Contacted customer service with a question. Very timely and easy to deal with. So glad we bought this brand. Love the attachments!

Great company , fast shipping

The quality of the jumpflex trampoline is incredible! The sun shade addition really helped us get much more use out of it since we have little to no backyard shade. The ground anchors are have withstood a lot of rural country winds. The customer service team is excellent to deal with.

It arrived very quickly, seems like high quality, very easy to assemble (good instructions) . Replacement part for slightly damaged part arrived very quickly with no problem. Reasonable price.

The kids are loving the trampoline. Quality and craftsmanship look excellent. Instructions are well written easy to follow to follow (particularly if they are read before each step).

Delivery was on time will not be set until November some time for grand children will let you know what they think of it. Until then thanks I think they will love it.

Excellent quality and customer service. The basket ball hoop was missing and I contacted the customer service and they immediately send me one. I don’t think the slide is necessary unless it’s for 4 years or under. The size 12 ft was perfect for my two little boys. Nice and sturdy.

Trampoline came in less than 2 weeks. Was a little bit of work to put together - but it seems well built. The kids are enjoying it.
The only thing I would ask Jumpflex to do is provide instructions for winter storage in Canada. Maybe sell a tarp/cover accessory like other trampoline vendors. It is not practical to take the entire unit inside for most users (as the instructions suggest) as most will not have that kind of garage space.

Absolutely hands down recommend Jumpflex. They are awesome! The customer service is top notch. We had an issue with something happening to our Projam after we bought it and I contacted them and they sent a new one out immediately. We love our trampoline so much! Good quality, and feels so safe. And I love the color scheme of black & green. It is very aesthetically pleasing. 👍🏼 we’ve told our family & friends when they want to buy a trampoline to look none other then Jumpflex 🤩

The transaction of purchasing the trampoline and accessories was easy online. Delivery communication was prompt and well suited for our availability for delivery. It was easy to setup and our family love that we can jump together! We would love to see some more accessories sold by Jumpflex such as a disco ball or non plastic trampoline safe balls. Also, the steps are a bit awkward for larger adults to negotiate. The fun never ends with this well made trampoline!

2 hours to put together with two people. Minor part issue and Jumpflex sent it to us right away. Great customer service and the kids love the trampoline. They use it everyday. Highly recommend this trampoline and company!

We bought the 15 foot model and the hoop.

Delivery was very quick. The product was well packed, and came strapped to a pallet. Setup took 2 solid days, and was a lot of work, but the instructions were clear.

Overall, this isn't really a whole lot different than what you can find from canadian tire, just a sturdier version. We got 10 years out of our canadian tire jobbie before the mat gave out. It'll be interesting to see how the jumpflex materials hold up against sun and rain (which, btw is *NOT* covered by the "lifetime" warranty, despite the salesy language on the website - make sure you read the fine print).

For those that are looking to compare, this product does not match SpringFree in terms of quality, bounce height, or safety. Buuuut it's also les than half the cost (and what we could afford) so ... 🤷.

There was one issue with the projam hoop. The straps on replacement pole sleeve it came with didn't fit at all, and the slit that the net mount was supposed to fit through was way too small. My kids were way too excited to wait for a replacement, so we just macguyvered the original and made do.

Once the trampoline was set up, the 4 of us (my wife, 12 year old, 10 year old, and myself) were able to lift it off the ground just enough to move it around and into place. I think the fully assembled unit is around 250 lbs. Having a 5th person (even a kid) would have made moving it a breeze.

We bought the 12' trampoline. Showed up, is good quality and not hard to build. On one of the final steps, installing the basketball net, the hole in the net was not big enough and the material ripped when we tried to attach it. That was unfortunate. Contacted Jumpflex about the issue and they sent us a new net immediately with no questions asked.

Good quality trampoline and good customer service when called upon. Very rare these days.

Excellent customer service.

We even constructed our trampoline in the dark after the kids went to bed in an effort to surprise them. Mission accomplished. Easy to follow instructions - way easier than IKEA.
