Frigging AWESOME! Super easy, straight forward and quick. Sent docs from Netherlands to South Africa the Friday afternoon and it arrived at the receiver Monday morning. The comparative cost was also approx €20 saving, from €62 on DHL to €45 on Jumingo.

How am I supposed to know what you still need, if you DO NOT REPLY TO ME?! Your last email was “ we’ll let you know as soon as we have news from UPS” on the 24th of September!!
Now, that I have written this review, you finally replied to my email. Better late than never.
I have sent a package with UPS through Jumingo at the beginning of September. The package was lost, I opened a dispute and was in contact with the customer service that wrote “they’ll let me know as soon as there are any news and UPS closes the case”.
UPS closed the investigation one month ago and said I had right to reimbursement. and still nothing from jumingo, I wrote to the same email 2 or 3 more times, no answer. I opened another ticket, no answer!!!!
Package lost, no answer, no refund, NOTHING!!!!

The information are not super complete I have to admit, I was not 100% sure I was giving my package to the right place and I didn't get a notification when the package was going to be delivered but in the end everything went super smooth and worked perfectly well!!

7 weeks of delay and poor support
Very disappointed with Jumingo. My shipment that was supposed to take 1 week took 7 weeks. Wrong carrier pickup, missing customs documents (supposed to be prepared by Jumingo), no proactive support, and finally their carrier partner sent my package to Mexico vs the US by mistake. I had to chase updates constantly and rebuy essentials in the meantime. Definitely not recommending Jumingo.
