Quoted a 24 hour or less withdrawal. It's been four day. Sent about 10 emails and the only two responses I got were " we'll look into this for u" like a generic A.I. would say just to buy themselves more time so they can steal my money. So they replied to 2 of the 10 emails I've sent. Yet they have people there 24 hours ready to help. I told them I wanted to speak to a manager and have been ignored. I cant even access my funds that they stole. I was trying to cancel my withdrawal but it's telling me I need to verify my stuff so I click the button and it tells me on the next page that everything is already verified. They don't have live help because this is exactly what they do. They will keep my money until I forget about it and only reply 2/10 times just to say " we're looking into this" with is fing BS.

I like the game selection. When its time to redeem they need to upgrade their system. I did receive my winnings just not as promised. In a timely manner. Customer service did a good job in keeping me informed about my redemption. Thank you Jumbo 888

They suck period. Tried to redeem $400 THEY SAID BANK DENIED TRANSFER CONTACTED BANK NEXT DAY AN THEY SAID THEY NEVER RECEIVED TRANSFER SO BUT ONLY DO THEY SUCK BUT THEY SCREW YOU ON YOUR REDEMPTION!!!

Don't know why this has so many bad reviews but I hit about 3000 a year or so ago and yesterday hit for 750 and it came within 24 hours. I will say the rollover is ridiculous but that's why you should read the terms before buying a package.

I would give zero stars if I could! They have stolen all of my money and would not let me withdraw any after trying to verify my data. Avoid it all cost. This is a fraudulent site.

Ive had the worst experience with them I won 900 I went to verify my account and my verification was unsuccessful so I reached out to support they said they would be working on it haven't heard back from them every since I've sent numerous of emails and it says my kyc is completed when I go to check status it does not do anything it's been over a month my money has just been sitting there I reached out to them from one of my different emails they responded then when I sent them my information they no longer responded

Used to be my favorite site. On June 6th a game glitched and took $20 from my balance as I opened the game. I reached out to support and on June 11th I was told it was being investigated, I've reached out multiple times since then and haven't heard back. I messaged support about another issue with a bonus and heard back within 8 hours. It's very disheartening as I've spent a lot of money and redeemed on this site before this issue happened.

This site has many many many issues and I wouldn't refer my piggy crispy bacon to use this platform. Update: After 3 days my account was credited and they apologized for their technical difficulties.

I always liked this casino until now. I purchased 2 $10 packages on Saturday, May 30 that weren't credited to my account. I contacted support and after 24 hours received a response that my account would be credited "shortly". I have still not received that credit and no response to my second support ticket. It should never take 48+ hours to receive packages you have paid for. The supposed 24/7 support is a joke. I will amend this review if my account is corrected.
