Do not buy from Jullymart! This company appears to be a scam. I ordered shoes about a month ago and still haven't gotten them. I have contacted the company numerous times to inquire about my order. They told me they were trying to "rush" it to shipping. I finally asked to cancel the order and get my money back. They subsequently emailed me to say they had just shipped the order and I couldn't cancel it. Still no shoes.I have filed a dispute claim with my credit card company to see whether I can recover my loss.

The blouse Jullymart sent me after several weeks was not even the one I ordered. The one I received was badly finished and the wrong size and did not even have a collar (high neck).I sent them a photo of the one I ordered and their explanation of their "mistake" was unintelligible.
Many email exchanges later they offered me a discount on my next order. I explained I would not be dealing with them again. I suggested that as it was their mistake that they pay for the return postage and refund my payment. They insisted that I pay the return postage before they would give me a refund! Do not deal with this company under any circumstances. Fortunately I used PayPal to pay and they have refunded my money.

Terrible online company. SLOW and Poor quality
Terrible online company. Takes over 2 weeks for them to ship the product. There is no way to contact the company except email and their response is very slow.. days. Their grammer is abhorrent, which makes me wonder if they understand the question, which was how can I stop the purchase and get my money returned. Or maybe they did and just playing dumb. DON'T use this company unless you have all the time in world and don't care if the product is what you had ordered and it doesn't fit. Product, a dress and two shirts all will ill fitting.
