My pants didn't have a hole for the button and the dress came NOTHING like what was shown in the picture. It was printed on a cheap white fabric instead of the sheer dress that I ordered. It also arrived VERY late, almost a month after I ordered. I requested a refund and they said since it was discounted they couldn't issue it (their entire website is discounted.) Instead, they offered 20% off of my next purchase like I would ever buy something from there again. There's better quality on Amazon! I told them both of my items were defective and had to dispute the charge with my bank because this was a horrible experience.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I ordered a long lime green dress for $50 and paid additional $4 for expedited shipping. Order was placed on April 2nd and didn't receive the item until April 22nd. Item received was completely different than what was advertised. The item received was neon green, had a completely different design, wasn't long like the picture and was the most thin trashy material they could've used. They advertise that it's an Italian company but they really operate out of China.
I reached out to them to issue a return and received a message back that did not make sense due to the language barrier. After a few follow up messages, they sent me a form to fill out and told me to pay for the shipping return. The cheapest option was a $30 delivery fee back to China. This dress was $50 to begin with! I have opened a claim with my credit card company due to false advertising so I'm hopeful they can recover the funds.

I ordered the Gaia dress and the Yassy Loop Dress. The package took some time to arrive but the products themselves are really good quality and are comfy to wear.

It's a scam
The "company" runs ads in tiktok and they have discounts, free bonus items. Unfortunately, the domain seems to be registered on January 2024, no mentions of the brand anywhere on the internet, except for tiktok ads.
