Please do not waste your time and money . This company steal your money. What I ordered and what I get absolutely 2 different dresses. I tried to contact them ,they are ignoring and doesn’t wanna refund my money back.

Do not ever buy from this website. The material of the clothes is really poor, but the main problem comes afterwards… If you try to return the items and get a refund, it will be impossible—despite what they claim on their website. They do everything they can to discourage you from returning the products: they don’t refund the price of the item, and on top of that, they charge you $70 for shipping costs.
And even if you arrange to return the item and get a refund, they don’t even give you all the money you’re entitled to.
Terrible customer service that doesn’t answer any questions. You’ll never get your money back—stay away from these scammers!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE/STORE! The dress I ordered look nothing like i received. It was not shaped how it was suppose to and was not made how it was suppose to look. It was cheaply made & when requested a refund i was given the run around & never got my money back. So disappointed!!!!

Delivered too late and poor material

If I could give it 0 I would quality of the clothes material is horrible return they said I had to pay up 70 bucks n they suggested to resale or give away to a someone will never even look at this clothing page again. Horrible.

This is the worse wed site I ever purchased. I order two dresses a month ago and I still waiting. They respond bro me but still waiting. Is this wed site is in another planet or what that take for ever. I hope I get it or I get my money back.

I ordered two dresses, they arrived after almost a month. These are the lowest quality dresses I have ever seen. The material is nylon, the colors do not match the photos on the site, instead of gold I received a yellow dress. The size does not match s but xl. Irons sticking out of one chest instead of a bra. I would not have paid 5 dollars for these dresses, but they cost me 70 dollars. When I asked to return the products and get my money back, they offered me a coupon worth 10 dollars for future orders. There is information on their site that their products can be returned within 30 days, but I am still waiting for my money to be refunded, and the products returned, it does not happen as described on the site. Super disapointed!

La verdad mi experiencia no fue nada bueno , compré y pagué envío express y duraron casi dos 50 día para enviar la mercancía y cuando finalmente llega , llegó roto y de muy mala calidad . La repuesta de ellos fueron estas ..

I ordered a sports jumpsuit from Julalova and after placing the item few minutes I sent an email to the customer service to cancel my order but no response. I found the same item on Temu at quarter price. I received the order very late and very poor quality. Have been sending emails to them with no response at all. rude attitude, poor quality. I will never ever purchase from them

Do not buy from them!!!
If the item doesn’t fit you will never be able to return it!
They don’t follow their own return policy, they don’t provide return label or refund! They offer to refund $7!
The quality is cheap and this store is a scam!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! TOOK ALMOST TWO MONTHS TO ARRIVE AND CLOTHES ARE COMPLETE CRAP. IT LOOKS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE ADVERTISED. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND SHE SUGESTED THAT I GIVE THE CLOTHES TO A FRIEND AND THAT SHE WOULD GIVE ME 15% TO REPURCHASE. I INSISTED ON A REFUND AND SHE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK AND I WOULD ONLY GET A 20% REFUND. RIDICULOUS. I NEVER WRITE A BAD REVIEW BUT THESE PEOPLE DONT DESERVE A PENNY. Do not order from here. I bought a pants suit the material was so thin that you can see straight through it. The pants was actually very short like capris. I asked for a refund and they asked me to send me a picture of the product only to email me back to tell me they advised that I keep the item and they would refund me $7 to my bank account or $10 in store credit. I don’t want to buy anything else from them! POOR QUALITY!

I buy couple items from here and I only got 1 item out of 4. This site is a scam. Please don’t buy from here. I would never recommend anyone to buy from here. I was so piss because i lost all that money ordering from this place.

Even 1 star seems too generous. Order what looked like a gorgeous dress of good quality. What came was cheap, shining fabric that looked nothing like what I ordered. No way of returning on the site and have to email to discuss returns. Offered a 10% discount and to keep the item when I told them I didn’t want the dress and I wanted my money back they said I’d have to pay to return it myself and upped the discount to 15%. Absolute time wasters and scammers! Avoid at all costs

I couldn’t believe about all bad reviews over here and I did the mistake to order some dresses from them. First, the website advised 9-12 days to arrive and took more than a month, after that the quality of the dresses are horrible, one of the dresses have curtain fabric used, and when I tried to return the dresses they offered a credit of $10 to use in the website or $7 to my bank account.
This is so wrong and I’m so disappointed… I can’t believe that I company like this can be selling this stuff in the internet… don’t do the same mistake than me and NEVER order from them!!!

I ordered clothing that looked elegant and high-quality in the photos. What I received was completely different: cheap, see-through fabric, poor fit, and nothing like what was advertised. The items were clearly misrepresented.
Customer service is refusing a refund, offered only 15% back, and expected me to pay for returns—despite EU laws. This is going on back and forth since a week!
Avoid at all costs. Total scam.
