Problems with stock balance

Ordered a tracksuit (zip hoodie and pants) that were in stock. Didn't hear anything for seven days. After seven days I got an email saying that there had been a mistake and that the zip hoodie was in fact not in stock and that I could either change the size or color. I asked them to go for a smaller size. Three days without hearing from them, then I got an new email saying that there has also been a mistake with the pants. They are also out of stock but shown as in stock on the website. If we are to buy JC again we will probably go for a retailer with more experience and better knowledge in e-commerce.
