I am still waiting for JuiceHeaven to refund me the money he promised in my previous review. I see since then another person has fallen for this company.

That was on the 7 days ago. Still not a word, nor any refunds.

Please do not order from this company. I have sent several emails asking JuiceHeaven what is happening.
They are completely ignoring me.

He has said the refund is processed, but how? he does not have my banking details. I have lost R6440.00.

I did not give you my banking details! And there has been no refund? Send me a proof of payment of the refund. Or answer my emails? Your statement is untrue! Back yourself up with proof?

03 December - still no refund. JuiceHeaven is completely ignoring all my emails and has NOT REFUNDED ME A CENT. I did not receive any product or any refund.

Do not make the same mistake I made, they have stolen my money. They do not have any business address or telephone number on their site which is illegal. Since me and another reviewer Danika complained they have changed their bank details.

The telephone number that JuiceHeaven has finally added to their website is 0217653744, I've called it 4 times, it says the number is incorrect.

Still, they claim to have refunded me, but I have received no refund.

Sadly no word from Juiceheaven, No update, and no refund. I have lost R6k to this company. Please be very careful when trusting your money to an online company.

09 December - Sadly I have had no refund from this company. They are going on holiday from the 13 December to the 3 Jan. I am left without any products or my refund of R6550.00. The telephone number on their site is not correct. Please whatever you do, do not waste your money.

UPDATE: 27 Jan 2025, still no refund, no word from Juiceheaven, they have completely taken my money. Do not order from this company.

Please DO NOT ORDER from this company. They take your money, and do not deliver what your order. I ordered R3200 worth of product from them, and received an package a week later (after paying extra for an overnight delivery) containing an incorrect product worth R250. They are not refunding me, and have also not collected the incorrect product or tried in any way to rectify the problem. Contact person have been ignoring my emails. I saved up for months to be able to afford this product, and now my money is gone and I do not have anything to show for it. So much for trying to support local small businesses!

Update on 29/11/2024. Still no refund, my emails are still ignored and the contact person has flagged this comment to try to get it removed. So trying to scam more people!

Neither a courier nor the business has contacted me once regarding collection. Please provide waybill and communication details as proof.

02/12 - Still no waybill or any proof that i have been contacted by a courier. All tactics to not refund my money. Sudden change of bank account by this business on 27/11, which seems a bit strange!

Please do not support this business, you will loose your money.

Could the other person who is also complaining please contact me? I am on all major social media platforms.

03/12/2024 - Still being ignored. Still no proof of either courier or refund. Dodgy company!!! The number that suddenly appeared on the website does not exist.

20/01/2025 - Still not refund, courier or any communication. Do not buy from this website - you will loose your money.

From the beginning to the end of the process it was smooth, the products are top notch. It’s an amazing store

I placed my order and literally received it the next day, very happy with my order
