I have been using various Judith Williams products for several years now, purchased from QVC.
I have never had a problem. i have always been very happy with the price, the performance and the quality.
I first found her magic makeup, many years ago and wondered if it would work. I bought a tube which was only 30ml and thought it would not last very long. how wrong could i be. not only did it work but i used it every day and it lasted months. even when i thought it was empty, I still managed to squeeze out enough to last another 3 weeks.
2 years ago i purchased magic balm as i couldn't get the makeup. it is amazing. not as strong as the makeup coverage but gives a natural glow and cover. it also has sun protection which is a big bonus.
I have tried the retinol, the rose oil selection, cleanser, toner, perfume, hand cream and makeup. I have not been disappointed.

Terrible experience with retinol night cream after opening jar and using for about a week I noticed a grey spot in the cream which after about a week of not using the cream it slowly turned into a kind of mould and it didn't smell nice. It took several complaints photos and batch numbers to QVC and Judith Williams to sort the problem as it was a tsv part of a 3 part set of which ì had bought 2 sets from qvc and given a couple of items away as Christmas presents ìt became a real problem. Anyway I hopefully will get a full refund and I hope someone is able to test the cream to see what the problem is.

I bought the Judith Williams RETINOL SCIENCE eye cream at DM in Munich. After using it for the first time, I had an allergic reaction with red spots on my face. At first, I thought it might be caused by another skincare product.

So I did a test: when I used all my other skincare products, I had no issues at all. But as soon as I applied the Judith Williams product, I experienced an allergic reaction with red spots on my face. I have almost never had such an allergy before.

I really think the brand should conduct more testing on this product! I also don’t usually write reviews, but I’m doing this because I hope others won’t have the same reaction as I did. I’ve also seen that other customers have had similar experiences. Your brand should really address this issue!!!
