Solche Bewertungen geben uns immer die Möglichkeit, unsere rechtliche und sachliche Position öffentlich darzulegen.

Zunächst ein gut gemeinter Hinweis: Wenn Sie die Zeit, die Sie in die Veröffentlichung wiederholter, diffamierender Bewertungen investieren, stattdessen in das Lesen des Vertrages auf unserer Webseite gesteckt hätten, wäre Ihnen vermutlich klar geworden, dass Ihre Anschuldigungen jeglicher Grundlage entbehren.

Sie behaupten, mehrfach von uns kontaktiert worden zu sein. Dabei verschweigen Sie bewusst, dass jede unserer E-Mails eine direkte Reaktion auf Ihre eigenen Nachrichten war oder eine automatische Übermittlung gemäß vertraglicher Vereinbarung – insbesondere im Rahmen der Vertragsannahme und Rechnungszustellung. Wir betreiben kein „Harassment“, sondern korrekte Vertragskommunikation nach deutschem Zivilrecht (§ 145 ff. BGB).

Sie haben uns in vorheriger Kommunikation – und nun zum zweiten Mal öffentlich – mit kindischen Ausdrücken („Baby“) und inakzeptablen Drohungen kontaktiert. Solche Entgleisungen zeigen nicht nur einen eklatanten Mangel an Seriosität, sondern verletzen auch die Grenzen der Meinungsfreiheit nach Art. 5 GG, wenn sie den Bereich der Schmähkritik und Verleumdung betreten. Wir dokumentieren sämtliche Ihrer Äußerungen und behalten uns die Einleitung rechtlicher Schritte ausdrücklich vor.

Unser Team hat Sie telefonisch kontaktiert, um mit Ihnen sachlich eine Lösung zu besprechen. Statt eines klärenden Gesprächs Ihrerseits entschieden Sie sich für eine nichtssagende Gesprächsverweigerung samt Auflegen. Auch ein konstruktiver Lösungsvorschlag wurde von Ihnen ignoriert. Dieses Verhalten spricht nicht für die Ernsthaftigkeit Ihres Interesses, sondern lediglich für Ihre Bereitschaft, öffentlich Schaden anzurichten.

Ihre Behauptung, wir seien bei ImmoScout gesperrt worden, ist schlichtweg falsch und geschäftsschädigend. Wir fordern Sie daher hiermit unmissverständlich auf, die angebliche E-Mail oder „Verifizierung“ von ImmoScout umgehend vorzulegen. Sollte eine solche Falschaussage ohne Beleg verbreitet werden, ist das als üble Nachrede und wettbewerbsrechtlicher Verstoß (§ 4 Nr. 1 UWG) zu werten – mit entsprechenden zivilrechtlichen Konsequenzen.

Ihre dramatisierende Darstellung, als ob von uns „eine Gefahr für andere Nutzer“ ausginge, ist nicht nur grotesk, sondern schlicht absurd. Wir bieten einen vertraglich eindeutig geregelten Service zur Wohnungsvermittlung im Auftrag von Mietern an – transparent, dokumentiert, mit 100 % Rückerstattung bei Nichterfolg. Wer unsere Webseite aufruft, sieht klar und deutlich:

„Vertrag zur Wohnungsbeschaffung“

„Im Auftrag von Mietern“

„Bitte alles sorgfältig lesen“

sowie das Pflichtfeld zur Zahlungszustimmung und Widerrufserklärung gemäß § 356 Abs. 4 BGB

Sie haben all dies aktiv und freiwillig bestätigt. Es ist also rechtlich wie menschlich nicht nachvollziehbar, wie Sie anschließend behaupten können, getäuscht worden zu sein.

Ihre Bewertung ist wieder ein Paradebeispiel für vorsätzliche Rufschädigung, Unwahrheit und persönliche Rechthaberei auf Kosten anderer. Wer seine Fehler nicht eingestehen kann, greift lieber in aller Öffentlichkeit an – das ist bedauerlich, aber juristisch nicht folgenlos.

Sollten Sie tatsächlich rechtlich im Recht sein – was wir kategorisch bestreiten – bitten wir Sie ausdrücklich um Einleitung eines Klageverfahrens. Dann wird ein ordentliches Gericht klären, wie „wirkungslos“ unsere rechtliche Position wirklich ist.

Dear Aleksei,
You were the one who sent the contract and voluntarily clicked to accept all five terms at the end.
Your IP address is recorded in our system. Claiming that we obtained your data from Immowelt is entirely false, as your Immowelt application only provided: 1. Phone number, 2. Email address, and 3. Name.
Within the contract, you also uploaded your SCHUFA report, which we cannot access by any means other than you providing it. Additionally, you supplied your private address and answered five personal questions regarding your financial situation.

No one forced you to submit this contract. You explicitly clicked on our message stating, "Click here to voluntarily order," and then completed all the required fields, including details like "Location of the apartment you are looking for." Now, you are making baseless accusations against the company, which are entirely unfounded.

Even if you decide to delete this review, we have already documented it along with your previous reviews and emails. These will be used against you in legal proceedings if necessary.

''Invoice arrived unexpectedly, requesting payment'' you did not even open an invoice as you did with the contract because if you would, first sentence is ''Please ignore this invoice for the compensation fee of EUR 84.00 plus VAT (EUR 99.96) if you have paid the first half of the service fee on time and fulfilled your contractual obligations''

Reason you get the invoice is to make sure you take a look at our other mail and that is also second sentence in invoice.

All services rendered in Phase 1 are explicitly outlined in our contractual agreement and include market analysis, data validation, and risk assessment. These are preparatory steps essential for any effective housing search, which were provided as agreed.
As per our policies, the scope of Phase 1 services does not include property visits or direct landlord connections; such tasks occur in Phase 2, only after Phase 1 has been completed.

Upon submission of your application, you received a confirmation email within 10 working days, as stated in the contract, that clearly outlined the terms of the agreement, as well as our cancellation policy. The claim that you were not informed of the terms or received no contract is demonstrably false.

JTConsult provides legitimate, traceable payment methods, including Wise and IBAN transfers. Wise is a reputable and widely recognized payment platform offering
security and transparency in transactions. Any claims suggesting otherwise are unfounded and potentially defamatory. We have consistently provided IBAN-compliant details for payments.

The references to online platforms like Scamadviser and Scam-detector are misleading. These are unregulated, user-generated platforms with no validation mechanisms to ensure credibility. Such ratings should not be relied upon as accurate reflections of a legitimate business's operations.

JTConsult has consistently communicated the breakdown of services rendered in Phase 1, which are preparatory and not tied to the success of Phase 2
2. The invoice issued corresponds to the agreed-upon terms in the contract. Legal actions referenced in our communications are standard practices for overdue invoices and serve as a final step in dispute resolution when obligations are not met.

And let’s not forget that our model is one of the most customer-friendly on the market:
1) The tenant wants an apartment.
2) The tenant pays us.
3) We find an apartment; the tenant pays the remaining half.
4) If we don’t find an apartment—even after 35 days—the tenant gets their money back, unlike your so-called ''Widerruf,'' which only protects for 14 days.
5) We work for tenants, not landlords. Brokers working for landlords have it easy: one apartment generates 100 applications. But we are one of those 100 applicants, and that’s why Phase 1 exists—to ensure we can fulfill your task!
We suggest you rethink your baseless accusations.
