Avoid This Company – Misleading and Unresponsive

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
The product took about two weeks to arrive despite being shipped within the same state. When it finally arrived, the quality was extremely poor and not as described.
I contacted the company multiple times over two weeks requesting a refund and received no response at all.
They later asked me to pay for international return shipping to Canada, which was never clearly stated in their return policy and contradicts their “quick and easy returns” claim.
Overall, this is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this company.
