Staff were nice and friendly

Our Insurers sent us to J S Coachworks after we were hit in the rear. They have been so easy and professional to deal with with regular updates all along and calls to check we were satisfied with the work done.

They did a brilliant job of the repair and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Regular updates unprompted on the progress of work

Okay service, car was fixed without any issues. However I wasn’t updated as regularly as I would have hoped. I had to phone up as my car was due to be returned to me that day and they informed me that it was not ready and was not due back for another 3 working days. I had to go back to my rental car company as they were chasing me to return the car that day, and luckily was able to extend the contract.

My car went in for a complete new rear bumper and trim. The work was outstanding with the spray job absolutely spot on. Communication was also fantastic, as we were kept in the loop as to the status of the repairs throughout the week. Thank you!

Highly recommend. Did an amazing job in great time, wonderful communication and helpful staff.

I was so impressed with this body shop. Right from the initial contact all the way through to collecting the car after work completion. The attention to detail. The professional approach. The quality and craftsmanship. Their attitude. If I could give 10 stars I would. Our 16 year old kuga that we have owned since new and has never had any work done it is life, was treated with the utmost respect of that of a brand new car. The quality of the rear tailgate repair I can't fault at all. It's like nothing happened. I can't thank you enough. You can not be more highly recommend by me. Thank you to all the staff for looking after our car.

Jscoachworks has fixed the damage of the boot door of my B200 resulted from a rear collision. It is as good as brand new. All the lights, sensors and the wiper are functional. Great job.
