We have used JRV Surveys in our last house survery, which didn't go well. They are very easy to get a hold of and very quick with their surveys. Reasonably priced. Great communication.

The survey was carried out throughly and quickly. The report was easy to digest. All for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

I had an excellent experience with this surveyor while completing a HomeBuyer Report Level 2. He handled everything directly with the sellers, which meant I didn’t need to get involved at all. The inspection was carried out promptly, and I received the full report the very same evening. The entire process was efficient, professional, and impressively fast. I’m very pleased with the service provided and happy that I chose to work with this company.

Tom was very responsive on our survey and answering any questions we have during the whole process, we have been using JRV three times and we have been very happy with their services.

The level 2 survey was carried out very professionally, by Lia who was very polite and friendly and was very thorough in all aspects of the survey answering any questions that i asked even after i had received the completed survey. I received the completed survey the following day which included about 300 Photo's.

We were very impressed with the survey carried out by this company. The report was detailed, clear, and well-structured, with plenty of helpful images that perfectly supported the explanations. It was easy to understand and covered everything we needed.

Our surveyor, Tom, was fantastic throughout the entire process—professional, friendly, and always willing to help. We had some questions after receiving the report, and he took the time to explain everything to us and highlight the most important points to keep in mind. Even weeks later, we had to contact him again because another question came up, and he called us back straight away and helped us again without any issue.

Tom is a friendly, honest professional who provided an excellent and comprehensive report for a property that my partner and I may purchase.
Home buyer reports are daunting to read over; but, the language used in the report made it clear what would require work ‘now’ and what could be repaired at a later date.
In addition to this, our report came with hundreds of pictures of the issues in the property and these were numbered and referenced in the report.
The report has also been an excellent tool to provide tradespeople the information on the work required - for them to provide quotes.

I was initially reluctant to get the level 3 survey; but, I know that was the best decision, as it will either provide me with the information I need for the coming years; or it will have saved me a lot of money avoiding purchasing a property requiring costly repairs.
