I didn't book the holiday my daughter did it as she has used lisa a few times the hotel was beautiful had my doubts cause of the bad reviews but I must say we had a great time in Turkey my daughter had a few issues with special assistance at both airports she texted lisa and lisa got back to her straight i will definitely book my next holiday with lisa if we had any questions she got straight back to us

We book through JRT travel as a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 children, I also have a disability so travelling is stressful and strenuous on me but everything was done through JRT and honestly couldn’t of got better service and customer support throughout with JRT was brilliant. We also had a big 40th birthday while on holiday and JRT made sure it was a holiday to remember! and made it extra special and a lovely memory for our family. They honestly went above and beyond my expectations they liaised with Aquasis deluxe in Turkey and everything was organised for us on arrival. I will be recommending JRT to family and friends as the service was outstanding and the hotel was amazing also, you see mixed reviews online but honestly just use your own experience as reference as we had a lovely holiday it was clean and cleaned everyday the food was good and the staff were all lovely and friendly and plenty to do for the kids. Thank you for everything you done for us 🥰❤️

We have booked our holiday to mexico with Lisa I have to have assistance and from start to finish Lisa has been fantastic I must have sent a hundred messages with different questions and she has answered me back very very quickly and set my mind at peace i would definitely book with Lisa in the near future and will be recommending her to everyone.
We also got our holiday a couple of hundred pounds cheaper with Lisa than we did online.

Just returned from Kusadasi after a great holiday once again courtesy of Jrt Travel.
The booking process was straightforward, I had seen a deal, screenshot it to Lisa , who immediately got back to me with a better price than I had been quoted.
Lisa/Daniel also completed the check in process on our behalf then emailed boarding passes and all documentation to me.
I have used Jrt Travel for numerous holidays and the service is always professional, but, more than that, it is very personal and you are looked after from booking stage right through to contacting you on arriving home to ensure you had the best time.
I would 100% recommend Jrt Travel every time.

Extremely long day but just perfect.
10/10 100% fantastic memorable easy day.

My first time in Egypt didn't know what to expect but came across Lisa at JRT TRAVEL & having sent numerous texts..i knew this is who i would use to book my excursions...
We chose Mini coach LUXOR TRIP - which means no more than 8 on the coach....perfect....
If ur staying at the Caves Resort inform reception day before & the kitchen prepare a wee bag with water, fruit, sandwich bap etc...collect at reception before leaving..
Coach picked us up at 3am...yes 3am...no misprint...lol...after other couples on board we all fell asleep 😴 roads amazing...then half way there is a bathroom stop for about 10mins...also lot of locals looking u to purchase items...either avoid eye contact or say no thank you/ la shukran lak....u can also purchase juice, crisps, chocolate, biscuits etc...( u also call on way back)
On arriving in LUXOR we picked up our English speaking Egyptologist guide ..he explained the layout of the day...

* LUNCH AT LOCAL RESTAURANT - A CHANCE TO GO BY BOAT ON RIVER NILE - WITH FRESH FRUIT SUPPLIED...FASCINATING SEEING ALL THE LOCALS ON THEIR BOATS...
* VISIT LOCAL CRAFT SHOP ON LEAVING LUXOR...
I can honestly say start to finish it was flawless....absolutely fascinating to be up close to these stunning creations....
* Guide gives ample time to walk around each area on ur own for pics...
* We were back in Hurghada around 9/9.30pm....the whole day flew...

* Will be returning in 2027 & will be using JRT TRAVEL AGAIN..a reputable run Scottish family business now living in Hurghada..🥰..i think it is important to have an agent that's not going to rip u off, will give u the best experience to meet your needs...

Second time booking with JRT travel and can’t fault Lisa at all. This time was booking a package holiday for my family. Sent Lisa screenshots of the quotes we had and see was able to beat the price considerably.
Booking without JRT gave us piece of mind that booking was correct and that we had someone to contact if anything happened which it didn’t.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use for a third time.

I booked my family holiday with JRT travel and could not be happier with the service and communication I received. Lisa listened to exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to find me the perfect deal. The whole process with completely stress free saving me hours of endless searching, was also reassuring having a real life person to speak to rather than an automated system. Every detail from flights to transfers and also excursions we booked once we arrived was perfectly organised. Lisa was always on hand to answer any questions I had throughout my booking and holiday. Highly recommended and will be using Lisa at JRT travel for any further bookings.

Fantastic trips, thank you so much. It's nice when you are away to have someone who can give an honest opinion about the length of time needed for certain trips and someone who can advise you properly when you have questions. Our 2 trips were booked within a matter of minutes, it helps being British run, communication was effortless, quick and easy. The trips themselves were brilliant. We did a private speedboat to see dolphins and stop off at a beautiful island. The guide Mac that Lisa and Scott booked with was fantastic and made our day. The super safari trip was also a hit with the family, from the quads to the camel rides, everything was fab. The transfers were seamless. Thank you again for our wonderful trips ❤️

Today I went to Bianca island just off the coast of safaga in Egypt. What an amazing day organised by an amazing woman.
I contacted jet travel for a quote before the excursion. The service I recieved from Lisa was outstanding such a friendly woman with a good professional attitude. Lisa was very informative and helpful and made sure I was given all information following my booking. I have been on trips before and always been waiting for my transfers because they have been late but not with Lisa my transfer was exactly on time.

The boat we travelled on was very clean and tidy and all the staff were very friendly. We had a snorkel stop which was professionally carried out me personally I did not snorkel but the views from the boat with beautiful. We arrived at the island and was given welcome drinks and taken to our designated lounge area and left to enjoy.

The island is all inclusive except for shisha massage and ice cream which had to be paid for. You really get your moneys worth with this island you get all inclusive food and drink (even alcohol) snack bar, animation team, face painting for the kids, foam party, and a trip on a glass bottom boat.

Anyone looking for an island trip I would reccomend Bianca island, very beautiful and you are not hassled or harassed by any staff.

One thing that I really liked about jrt travel is that Lisa really does care about her clients, she sent me a message to make sure my transfer had collected me, and to wish me a good day and also at the end of the day to make sure everything was okay and that we enjoyed it. This kindness from lisa is an amazing touch to the business and I will definitely be back in contact for my next excursion.

Lisa gave a lot of options for our family holiday in Hurgada and was always on hand to answer any questions we had as well as organising trips and transport to and from airport as well as the Marina. Was great to be treated as a person rather than a number. Will def book with her again, thanks again Lisa

Lisa was absolutely superb from start to finish, arranging two private trips for us—a private fishing trip and a private quad biking excursion.

We experienced a slight issue with the second trip, but it was completely outside of Lisa’s control. Despite that, she went above and beyond to put things right, and her customer service was exceptional throughout.

I always believe the true measure of a company is how it handles problems when they arise, and Lisa and her team exceeded all expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and we’ll definitely be booking with them again when we return in September.

Dealing with Lisa has been an absolute pleasure nothing was a problem, good communication very fast response in helping us sort out our holiday package, found it really helpful with Lisa's knowledge of Egypt hotels and what was on offer around the hotel.
