We did our research online just so we can increase our knowledge base and effectively negotiate. We wanted a 4 channel system which we can monitor while we are away.
* We had several companies advertise one price then then increase it $300-400.
* We had several that had really bad reviews.
* We had some that wanted to put the cables in our gutter.
* We had some that seemed knowledgeable but prices were in the stratosphere.
* We had a couple companies that peeked our interest.
We ultimately decided on JPR Direct. I am not going to write about why we chose them but rather what happened during the install.
We received a call the morning to confirm our scheduled install. They arrived 15 mins early to do a final walk through and recap the camera locations. Raymond and Jose were the installers that arrived. In the end, the work was neat and all the wires were hidden. They paid attention to detail and made sure that the cameras were aimed exactly where we wanted. The cameras are HD 1080p and are crystal clear. The surveillance system has the ability to watch and playback directly from our cell phone. We are extremely happy with the work.
We had questions several days later which were answered the same day. We have recommended them to our friends and family and will not hesitate to use their services again. Two thumbs up!
