Great site

Website promised 2-5 day’s delivery. In fact it was 2 weeks and I was late for my granddaughter’s birthday.

Item was not received- there is still no rush to provide a refund. I am now subject to the delay when the contract is between the seller and the delivery service they use.

Is no rush to provide refund. I am now essentially sitting around waiting for them to sort. When the issue should be between the seller and delivery company- not the third party- they informed me they had something else not delivered and being investigated that has been going on since the 19th December- so two months ago.

As explained to you last week, we have dispatched this to your requested delivery address. Whilst the tracking information shows the parcel has been delivered, we have submit a claim with Royal Mail and will refund you once we hear back (if they confirm the parcel hasn’t been delivered correctly). There isn’t much more we can do at this stage….
