I'm a seller and I got multiple payment…
I'm a seller and I got multiple payment processor accounts like Stripe, Shopify, Airwallex etc. When people buy something off my shop with jpmorgan chasebank and dispute the transaction even if they receive the product accordingly, chasebank closes the case in customer's favor no matter what you do. Literally read this again; no matter what you do, no matter what evidence you show chasebank will take your money from your hands and give back to the customer. Clearly scamming people. I wonder how this company hasn't faced big lawsuits. Actually, trump recently opened a 5 billion lawsuit against them LOL. I hope chasebank loses that. F*king scammers
Terrible experience since I left the US…
Terrible experience since I left the US to live overseas. My account has been locked for security purposes for months and the client assistance team can’t unlock it because my phone number on file is foreign. Have been running in circles, just wasting time and money calling people who can’t solve the issue. My banker left months ago and don’t respond to emails. Account is still locked and I’m not able to transfer or use my cash.
Commercials are annoying
Getting pretty tired of Alex and his creepy laugh on these commercials.

These people are brain dead do not follow. Instructions constantly withdrew money out of the wrong account and then charged me for any inconvenience fees. These people are monsters and I would never recommend anybody bank with them.

DON'T EVER USE CHASE/JP MORGAN FOR INVESTMENTS…
We are just trying to close out a brokerage account that my deceased father-in-law had. Have spent hours on hold, every time you call it is starting over explaining what needs to be done. There is one small worthless stock that needs to be cleared to recognize the loss. They have you submit a notarized form, you get an email back saying it is being processed then nothing happens for weeks. Then you start all over again. I WOULD NEVER USE CHASE/JP MORGAN FOR INVESTMENTS!
Poor customer service.
Deposited a check from
Progressive insurance Dec 1. (My car was totaled in accident.) Was told check would be in my account today, Dec 5. Now being told it will be there by Dec 12. 11 days. 11 days in 2025. A check from a large company. Not an individual. I need a car to get to work. I am currently renting and cant afford a rental for 11 days. No one answers phone. No one answers emails. I am furious and will be transferring out of chase as soon as this is wrapped up.
So frustrated.

Horrible Customer Service
I've been a long time customer and usually can find solution on my own. This time I reached out for assistance since my scheduled property tax payment for a precise day of payment was delayed hence a late fee penalty was assessed unto my account. My personal banker deferred me to customer service department, I supposed not wanting to deal with the issue. I didn't get far with the CS either basically telling me that it was my fault that I didn't specify the payment had to go out that particular day??? I've been banking with other institutions and have never encountered this issue. Instead, they would inform me that my account would be debited a day or two prior the due date, if needed in order not to miss it. There was no such warning or indication here so I assumed when you schedule a bill payment for a specific date, it would actually reach its destination on time. I got the run-around basically blaming ME for being careless? My multiple calls and insistence to speak to a supervisor went only as far as a promise to file a report with the complaint department, which will take 3 to 5 business days with no promises of a resolution. This is a horrible way to treat your long time loyal customer, or any customer for that matter. Very disappointed and considering to close my accounts altogether.
Horrible state of affairs
Horrible state of affairs. Banked with them for over 25 years and now, just want to close the account and leave. Was on calls with them just to transfer money to my own wise account for which they kept locking me out of my online banking, stating that wise is a crypto account!! As far as I know it truly isn't, just a way to keep the money there so they can have larger sums to show as deposits for their shareholders. Have been on the phone with them for 13 hours and they locked me out a total of 5 times in that time, and no result at all from conversations with 15 reps!!!
Tried to transfer money from my chase…
Tried to transfer money from my chase checking, to an investment account with Fidelity today. The 1st problem was a $10K per day restriction. OK, let's start with $9.5K, and make time to do 3 more transfers, on different days. Second problem was the phone call I got, from what sounds like an offshore call center. They started a lengthy "verification" process, ending with 3 security questions. I had answers for the 1st two, but the 3rd question: "What year did you pay off such and such vendor?" 10, 12 or 15 years ago? Huh? Result: transfer canceled, and joint checking account locked. Was forced to disrupt my work day again, and call their fraud dept., to endure another lengthy "verification process", just to get the account unlocked, and get back to where I was before I made the transfer, and go start over. This, from a bank who refused to cooperate with law enforcement, who only needed a simple letter, in order to go knock on a door and possibly arrest thieves who had fraudulently charged goods delivered to an apartment. Perhaps if Chase would work with law enforcement in catching thieves, instead of piling ever more onerous security hoops on customers, wasting valuable time, I wouldn't be looking to move my personal and commercial accounts.
Turkish Airline-For a disputed transaction on my CC…
For a disputed transaction on my CC Chase ruled in favor of Turkish Airline. TK stated that I was a "no show" even though I provided the Check-in tickets and the baggage labels issued by TK. I got to the gate last minute right after the gate closed and the crew of four TK employees refused to cooperate with their colleagues on the plane to let me on the plane so I could attend my mother's funeral in Europe ! The Turkish Airline lied about the situation and Chase did NOTHING about it. Their investigator didn't bother to ask the merchant to verify my statement and look at the recording for that flight. I am pulling out slowly my money out of their bank. This is what you get for banking with them for over two decades. A foreign company will always win over the American Citizen's business.
HORRIBLE AND HIDEOUS DO NOT ADEQUATELY DESCRIBE THE AI BOT-DRIVEN SYSTEM AT CHASE BANK AND MOST OF THE WORLD NOW!
THE AI BOT-DRIVEN PHONE AND TECHNO SYSTEM AT CHASE BANK IS SO HIDEOUS! I HAD TO TEMPORARILY SET ASIDE ALL MY DIGNITY AND EVERY FIBER OF MY HUMAN ENTITY TO REPEAT OVER THE PHONE A VOICE VERIFICATION PHRASE FOR A CHASE BANK BOT! WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?! CHASE BANK HAS ALLOWED BOTS AND AI TO BE THE MAIN CONDUIT THROUGH WHICH CHASE BANK CUSTOMERS CAN GET HELP. I ASKED A HUMAN CHASE BANK EMPLOYEE TO REMOVE SOMETHING FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT, BUT THE AI-DRIVEN CHASE BANK SYSTEM WOULD NOT LET THE HUMAN HELP ME! HORRIBLE AND HIDEOUS DO NOT ADEQUATELY DESCRIBE THE AI BOT-DRIVEN SYSTEM AT CHASE BANK AND MOST OF THE WORLD NOW! HEEEEELLLLLP!!!
JP MORGAN IS HOLDING MY MONEY UNLAWFULLY
i sent my money from my Wise to my ukrainian bank account using swift, as a correspondent bank Wise chose JP MORGAN CHASE CHASU33XX , its been 12 days since payment were made, by tracking services of JP Morgan it shows that money are stuck on JP Morgan side and it's waiting for some soft of documents. Contacted Wise and they told me that they provided needed things on last Friday, payment is still stuck there. Now JP Morgan ignores any letters from Wise and just holding my money for no reason , they don't have support if u are not users of their bank, their social agents just say to talk to Wise. Loop.
I m going to fill up complaint on bbb.org.
Stay away from these people, seems like a honeypot.
Don't do it! Stay sane. . .
Working with a JPMorganChase advisor and the estate team proved to be so extremely poor that just seeing an ad for the company triggers a trauma response. We've never in our lives seen a company hold onto money, wills, trust and estate documents and not release information. We have an excellent credit rating and we were treated like terrorists with the information we had to provide. Claiming a small inheritance from my mom's estate took almost three months. Their computer software is very shaky and hasn't been updated in forever. That resulted in having to submit paperwork over and over and over. We couldn't wait to drain that account and fade them out of memory forever. We have a couple of friends who have promised to knock us upside the head if we ever get dementia and forget that we NEVER want to do business with Chase. They're so big that nobody can right that ship. Let them enjoy doing business with their Jeffrey Epsteins - they deserve each other.
Chase bank protects their scamming…
Chase bank protects their scamming customers. One of their customers ripped me off and left me homeless. Chase bank was made aware of it the same day and don't give a damn at all.
Deeply Disappointed
Deeply Disappointed — Worst Experience Ever
I am beyond disappointed with the unprofessional and unethical practices of JP Morgan’s home loan department. Communication was virtually nonexistent, and when I did finally receive updates, they came at 7PM with bad news and zero accountability. For a bank of this size and reputation, the lack of responsiveness and courtesy is absolutely unacceptable. This has been, hands down, the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I would never recommend them to anyone seeking a home loan. I will be closing my accounts subsequent to my home closing. Do better Chase. You suck
A local branch manager would've been helpful
I was on a Sunday vacation with no access to my local range which I have been with. Customer experience and the answers that I received without being able to go to a branch manager was ridiculous and almost rude, the words that they used to describe my situation was horrendous with slight allegations. This actually went on for several days while I was in Mexico and had no defense. It was all over a check that cleared the other bank. Chase was not releasing funds based on suspicious activity. And again I couldn't defend because I was out of the country. I spoke with many representatives. Several of them were fantastic and promised to get them fixed while others or counter protective.
