Caravan heater disappointment
We accepted a quote to fix a caravan water heater, initially thinking it was parts but later finding it was a complete unit which we paid for in advance, as the quote seemed reasonable. The unit was delivered but on the day of installation I simply asked how they calculate their labour rates, and for some reason Jason took umbrage and refused to complete the installation. We are an elderly couple with issues of depression and severe anxiety and are left with a still in the box heater to install, which JPL Plumbing have walked away from. We have no idea who to turn to for help. This has totally wrecked us. JPL Plumbing have absolutely no customer care and no customer loyalty.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way.
As outlined at the time of our visit, the labour was quoted and accepted on a fixed-price basis. When concerns were raised regarding how this was calculated on arrival, we were unable to proceed, as it’s important that both parties are fully aligned before work begins.
For clarity, no labour charges were made and all materials supplied remain with you.
We always aim to carry out work professionally and avoid any misunderstandings, which is why we took the decision not to proceed on this occasion.
We do wish you all the best in getting the heater installed.
