The customer service was excellent

The customer service was excellent! I called them up to request a specific version of the Pelican Air 1615 which did not come with Yellow padded inserts and they were able to put together a Silver case with the inserts and the price was more than competitive against Amazon or other camera retailers including the shipping. I appreciated the flexibility of their product range and being able to provide what I was specifically looking for over the telephone. 5 Stars ***** and I will definitely purchase my next Pelican Air case from this company again.

SERVICE 🌿?🍂 was good

SERVICE 🌿?🍂 was good! arrived after a reasonable time, so very happy with that end of the transaction. However the product itself is disappointing on my end. This is more pelicans problem than yours.
