I love your products but I recently had an issue with payment of an order - I completed the purchase as usual but there was an issue and some of the payment didn't go through. I have no problem with this and I am happy to pay but the emails from JP1880 have been very poor and look more like a scam then a valid request. You could have sent me a proper invoice with name, account and amount to pay but I got a standard email asking me to pay an amount (the amount was not specified) the order number was provided but no details and all in all it looked strange.

My husband loves your products. He only orders with you guys. Great sizes, great quality! Delivery takes pretty long though… Above a certain amount delivery should be free! Please take in consideration. Also repeatable customers should get extra discount? Points program maybe?

The clothes are very nice .
The only thing, the shoes are not that nice to fit with the clothes , kind of boring shoe models but the clothes are cool !
