Worked well, did for 3 months!

Honestly, how easy they made the whole process from the very first video appointment where they did the consultation and the follow up appointments have been very easy to schedule as well. I read a lot of stuff about other people having issues getting their meds on time and everything like that, and I didn’t have any of those issues I went ahead and scheduled my appointment early to get ahead of it and that seemed to be the right thing to do for me cause I haven’t had to run out of meds or anything like that and let me talk about what the medicine does for me. I did not realize how much of it was gonna help my chronic pain, but I also have noticed huge decrease in depression and anxiety, and I feel as though it’s making my other medication’s work even better so I don’t feel so overwhelmed all of the time. The medicine helps me feel more comfortable in my skin and it helps me focus more. It’s like there’s all this noise in my brain and the medicine helps Streamline and get rid of a lot of that noise. I am only pretty new here so I’m looking forward to seeing what the next few months will be like.

The staff at Joyous was extremely personable and professional. The medication and resources were second to none. I truly appreciate everything Joyous has done for me.

I can do my appointment on Telehealth. It's actually working on my depression issues,they keep in contact with me. Communicate daily, and I feel heard when I have a question or concern. My refills are on time and I couldn't ask for more from them. Thank You, Joyous!

I would leave zero stars if I could. I tried to cancel my order, not because I didn’t like the product it is the service. 1st i ordered it specifically to have over the Thanksgiving holiday. It arrived 10 DAYS later. Which they blamed on the holiday) they said it would be delivered BEFORE THANKSGIVING.
They simply don’t care about their patients. They refused to refund my money . So i said “ok the give me the treatment and my prescriptions “ the said NO.
I PAID FOR A PRODUCT THAT I NEVER RECEIVED.
Don’t let this happen to you.

The experience with Joyous has been great. I never felt alone. The symptoms I had that were troubling have been disappearing to my satisfaction. I feel blessed that micro dosing with ketamine has helped me so much. The team is always available to answer questions and to offer advice.

The courses and guidance and groups were an amazing help. Not pushing anything down your neck, but pick and choose what helps you best. Great price and support. Unfortunately I started getting nausea from the medication and the benefits vs effect scale tipped.

What a great team! Daily check-in (text). Video meeting with a nurse every 1-2 months. Always reply with and questions or concerns I have. My Anxiety is virtually gone and I am slowly weaning myself off the Zanax prescribed to me some 20 years ago. Thank you my Joyous care team! Y’all are the best!

Joyous is a life saver, I've had extremely bad anxiety, it's and trouble sleeping. Joyous hands off treatment is more my speed I'm not really up for having to deal with Dr's or therapy I'm at the moment someone who doesn't really trust people so to be able to sign up for an alternate treatment so easy online was perfect. The low dose Ketamine is a perfect alternative to being stuck taking Xanax or Valium which leave you numbed up instead of healing and lot's of side effects. Joyous also is very affordable for people on a budget, but more than anything it works. I wasn't able to go out to dinner or really deal with people at all and now I'm coming out of my safe zones, it's been exactly a month and it's 100% making a difference everyday. Thanks to Joyous I'm on my way back to being able to live life to it's potential.

After almost 2 decades of chronic complex PTSD, and being someone who has done a ton of personal growth and spiritual work, I was really at a loss when symptoms would flare. I was also fearful of any sort of psychedelic, even with supervision. But then I heard about Joyous and microdosing ketamine, and it felt really, really right intuitively. I actually stayed at the most minimal dose they offer the entire time, but I combined it with a daily spiritual practice when taking the medication, and it allowed the spiritual work to integrate in a much deeper and more profound way, that I experienced a gentle, gradual yet extraordinary shift over about four months. That shift has lasted and has allowed many miracles and possibilities in my life. I am so grateful to have found Joyous, a fresh start, & share it with any friends and acquaintances I feel it may support.

All it does is give me a little high, the first time I saw may hands in a different way slow motion with different colors. Couple of times it made me feel disconnected.few times left me panicky and over whelmed.Now it feels less than taking a THC gummy.

This is a complete JOKE! SCAM!!! They kept taking my money w/o medicine being delivered. The worst customer experience I've had in 40 years...I had to contact my lawyer for advice and then I cancelled all auto pay payments. They never once offered to REFUND me. DO NOT sign up you'll never get out of their trap!

I used joyus to help me past a hard spot in my healing journey and it was very successful. I used the medication paired with sound therapy as well as meditation and gratitude for about 3 months and was able to stop the medication without any issues. Im very greatful for my journey with joyus!

Provider no showed for my initial appointment and Joyous acted like it was my fault. They said they don't see patients as customers - that shows! they have zero customer service.

I was able to get past the freeze. People say things that make no sense to me because they are manipulative and I used to freeze. I started responding instead of reacting. I was able to see that im not the problem when someone is being manipulative. I quit my toxic job and am pausing my treatment until I can once again afford it. Ketamine made a huge difference inmy overall happiness.

Incredibly unreliable. In the years I have used them, they have shorted me months worth of medication by delaying refills. These people are going to end up in a lawsuit.

If you’re working with a therapist to heal trauma that is causing anxiety & depression symptoms, I cannot say enough good about my low dose ketamine experience with joyous.

It is convenient to use at home and continue to receive support in my already established network here.
