Unfortunately, I have to report this situation because I had a bad experience with this brand, or rather with this Joyor Prime store.
I purchased a steering damper kit that should have come complete, but unfortunately, they only sent part of the kit, which makes it completely useless and serves no purpose.
I also noticed that the inner packaging that protects the kit was no longer new, giving the impression that it had already been used, which was probably the case, and they sent a reused package with the missing parts.
It is very embarrassing and makes me completely unsure about trusting this JoyorPrime shop when it provides such poor service, which should have been of excellent quality.
Unfortunately, it is proving to be a terrible experience.
Let's see how this Joyor brand resolves the situation for me.
