Cake arrived late and was the wrong colour
The cake we ordered for our mother's birthday arrived late, resulting in us having to purchase an alternative elsewhere at short notice. When the cake eventually arrived the colour was incorrect and it was of no use to us. Extremely disappointed by the poor customer service, with my sister's attempts to discuss the matter being completely ignored. Having been loyal customers of The Cake Store for several years, we had high hopes for Joy of Cake due to the affiliation. However, we will not order from here again.

We recently had a cake from Joy of Cake. Of arrives on time perfectly packaged with enough support to stop it moving. They clearly take great care with packaging the nationwide cakes.
I was blown away with how large it was. For the price it's superb value for money, delivered straight to your door. We had a picture added to our cake and it was spot on in terms of quality although some of the colours didn't come out as accurate as the image, I highly doubt they can help this though as it'll be a print machine. Either way, very happy with our cake. Everyone has said it's delicious, the icing is super thick which suits everyone in the family as everyone is an icing lover. Highly recommend
