Goods and Bads

Was updated throughout by email. Arrived in good time. Looked exactly like the picture.... However, the material is sooo thin and the stitching around the button holes is very poor.
Would I order from them again ? Very unlikely.

Warning.. Do not buy. Total scam

Sent wrong item, they would not reply to my emails until I asked PayPal to help, then I was going to have to pay to return, or offered me a 40%refund,even though item no good to me I accepted due to high return post cost.. Didn't receive until again had to ask PayPal then got less than offered. When I queried it, there reply was the item is now cheaper so I got 40%of that rather than what I paid.. Its a total rip off, it was their mistake and I had to pay for it.. I'd read all these reviews and I hope you won't waste your money, it was 7 weeks of hassle. Carol from harpenden, added this bit after their reply, what a load of rubbish they've said.. iv emailed them at least 10 times, they don't want to know..

I ordered several items and then…

I ordered several items and then decided to look at on line reviews which were awful.
I was so looking forward to receiving the clothes which looked fabulous in the pictures.
In a panic I contacted them thinking I would not get my money refunded.
They responded to my email immediately and refunded me straight away just taking off 5% cancellation charge which I accepted.
Maybe I misjudged them and missed out on some lovely clothing!!
They did say they had some good reviews but did not want to take the chance.

Buyer be very aware.

Sadly I did not read these reviews beforehand, I wish I had. I had similar issues to others here, poor quality and the run around when trying to return the items. Here is the email response I got.
"Our return centre is located in Guangxhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible customs fees). .. since International returns might result in long wait times and incur substantial return costs on your side...we would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the items. This was after a number of diversionary emails asking for what was wrong then asking for pictures etc.

AND I see their response is just an automated one that looks just like ALL the others they have sent through...

AVOID - this company is based in China and return policy is not customer friendly

This company is sending products from China. I bought from a company called Fashion DH but this is in fact Joymitty. Their clothes and material are of poor quality and are very different to the pictures shown. The return address is not given until you agree to send back items but 'within 15 days?? Tricky that. I once completed customs documentation for a jacket bought from China and the postage was costly. Because the recipient did not collect the item was destroyed by customs. However I did get a 40% refund from Joymitty but the money I paid was still not worth the product supplied.... SO BUYER BEWARE.

WOW what a shame

WOW, what a shame this company is so bad. I too was about to place a big order over £500 but I'm stopped in my tracks by the reviews, It looks like great stuff but all a con? If the company is real and in the UK, send me a message and I will come over and buy there and then.

Will never order from anyone in China!

I saw a lovely dress I would have liked for my sisters wedding, but my PayPal didnt support their currency, I was thinking of using my bank card but thought I'd read the reviews first, so glad I did! What a company!!! Thanks for the warning guys!!! I definitely will NOT be ordering from them. I got stung by a company in China before, so I was already on my guard. UK for me from now on.

I ordered dresses from this company

I ordered dresses from this company. The quality was disgraceful. A handkerchief would weigh more. The sizing was incorrect too. When I wanted to return the items I was told that this would be an expensive option that would be bourne by me. So why not take 10% and give the unsuitable item to charity. Well you can imagine my reaction! I was infuriated. On point of principal I decided to return items. I was given an address in China. I duly posted clothing and got proof of postage with regard to same. This was not accepted by Joymitty. I was told they never received the clothing I returned. To this day months later they still have not reimbursed me or answered my e mails. They have got to be the worst on Line clothing company to deal with. Please be warned and stear well clear of them unless you want to be conned.

Having left a review, though the company SAYS I should get in touch to resolve as they really want to please customers, the fact that I instantly emailed all the details and my order number (Order F-JoyMitty17966) but have had no reply in 7 days, speaks volumes. Very poor service

I should avoid this company I spent £87.00 pounds and received goods that were not as described. I have asked fir a return label as it is in China and why should I pay return postage when I am not at fault. They have refunded me £19 having taken 3 weeks to do that. I am entitled and should receive a full refund.

The site is legit

The site is legit. It just takes a couple of weeks to arrive. My order came in two deliveries but tracking info was accurate. I’m on my second order of men’s shirts/t-shirts. Quality is good but some are likely replicas of original designs.

As with all the other reviews, this company is a total disgrace, poor quality items, nothing like pictures on website, customer service non existent. Do not buy. I too should have read the reviews before ordering. One star is a joke, they should get no stars whatsoever.

And here we go again!!

And here we go again, in ever decreasing circles of another response from Joymitty on Trustpilot who said they'll try to find my order or to email them with the subject Trustpilot review and give the order number. They'll probably reply here with yet the same standard reply. What they WON'T do is respond to any of the 5 emails I've sent them!! What they're actually doing is stealing our money from us, so definitely a scam! Please don't order from this company unless you want to lose money.

I should have read all the reviews…

I should have read all the reviews before purchasing. Got taken in by the lovely looking fabrics & styles. £50 down the drain as the two I ordered were a total disgrace. I've seen better made by my 12 year old! They won't accept them returned to their UK despatch address, insisting it be China, and then offered me 15% as per other customers. They will be going into the rag-bag, and I'll never buy from any of these companies again. Better to just take a picture and get a local dressmaker to run them up!

Scam scam scam.
You receive a poor version of the item you order and in order to return you have to pay to send them to China?! Customer service says I can have a 15% refund instead. Shameful behaviour.

This company is the worst company I…

This company is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to have used.
The clothes are of the poorest quality.
You are offered a small compensation when you try to return clothes.
I insisted on a return and was eventually given an address in China.
£16.50 for a return through the post office.
It apparently sat with customs for over five months and the was returned.
Although I have emailed almost daily since May I have had no response at all.
This company is unscrupulous beyond words.
Use them at your peril.
