Terrible quality and service,

Terrible quality - both tops too small. I ordered XL and XXL - I am a UK 16. Both were too tight, no sequins as implied in the picture. They arrived separately, one after Christmas.
I was unable to find a return form or any helpful advice, except that I would have to pay my own postage to HK.
Your 35% refund was pitiful.

So many bad reviews

So many bad reviews, was about to make a purchase, but thought it best check reviews first and thankfully found all these, so won’t bother!

* update* thanks for your reply but the reviews speak for themselves! 10 appalling reviews already this month suggests nothings improved (perhaps even got worse!) and I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge-pole!

Came good in the end…

After ordering four items at the beginning of December 2022 for Christmas presents I was dismayed to realise that I had inadvertently ordered from outside the UK.

I read the Trustpilot reviews and realised the items were coming from China, would likely be lightweight fabric, and unlikely to arrive by Christmas so I bought alternative presents.

However, the point of this review is to say that all items had arrived by mid January, albeit in three separate deliveries, and three items are just as ordered - the fourth probably meets trade’s descriptions for a short sleeved linen shirt but is very light weight. It’s probably best suited for use in a hot country!

So all in all the items were ‘OK’ but would have been better value if one of the many JoyMitty discount codes had been available when I ordered.

By all means order from this company if you don’t mind the wait.

Do not buy from this site

I recently purchased 3 items and it took over 10 weeks for delivery and it took 2 parcels. I purchased 3 tops in size small all items are equivalent to XXL but have small on the labels. I will never purchase from this site again. What you see is not what you get

DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS. (Only one star because you can't give them zero). I made a first time order of three dresses. They arrived swiftly from a UK distribution warehouse. One was too small and the others just didn't suit my fit. I requested a return and was offered a derisory percentage of the value to keep them. I said I wanted a full refund and would reorder the correct size. I was then told that returns had to go back to China and not the UK address. I paid for the postage and waited. Eventually I chased the the delivery through the post office with the tracking number to find it had arrived in China and was awaiting customs clearance. I contacted Joymitty numerous times and then the post office. The first question the Post Office asked was 'Is this a clothing return?' They explained that they constantly have the same question. Companies like Joymitty have to request release of the returned goods from customs - but don't. They just let them sit in customs until the window to claim a fraudulent card payment expires and then eventually customs return them to the senders address - as mine did last week. So eventually you end up with the goods you didn't want, no refund, out of pocket for the return postage, and with a whole lot of stress to boot. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

items did not fit

items did not fit, Iwas offered a discount if I had them. I sent them back July 2021 and have not heard a word nor received a refund. Should have taken them to a charity shop. May 3rd 2023 in the last month I had the original package sent back to me with no explanation. Now on my card I have credit for the full amount. pleased that this has happened. They do need to look at there customer care.

A Cowboy Outfit

I purchased 3 summer shirts from this cowboy company, the advert stated ‘Linen’ shirts!
There was a size guide and so I picked the size suitable for me.
After waiting around 3 weeks the shirts came, they were far too small and were made from polyester and viscose!
The paperwork stated return within 15 days for a refund, send an email stating reason and they will send details for the return.
The following day I was told in an email they don’t do refunds and it was my responsibility to return the shirts to China at my own cost !
I have told them my contract is with them not China and I expect a full refund. Watch this space.
They’re obviously a cowboy company with no morals or decency.
Stay well clear of them.
I would safely bet all the replies from them on Trustpilot are just hot air!

Returned clothing to China March 2022.haven't received a refund and today January 2023 the package has been sent back to me , no explanation.This company should not be allowed to trade here in the UK as there are no rules here to govern their activities. They are an untrustworthy Be careful about buying anything from them

Not to be trusted!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Joymitty.
The item received was of poor quality and now that I am trying to return it, they are not responding to the returns form or the email address provided. I just want my money back. I will not be using them again.

Update 24/01/23
Joymitty offered 40% refund for the item purchased if I keep the item or I could return it at my own expense to China. They wouldn't even consider 50%. Upon reading further reviews from people about all the problems associated with sending items back, I decided to opt for the 40% refund which, minus the delivery charge, amounted to virtually nothing.
Something needs to be done about companies like this.
It has taught me a lesson though. Always check reviews about these type of companies before making a purchase.

My return in April 2022 has just come…

My return in April 2022 has just come back to me in Jan 23 despite it being addressed correctly from correspondence with Joymitty. Be aware they will not reimburse you if clothes are unsuitable for any reason despite what their policies say. The clothes themselves are of poorer quality than the pictures suggest.

Don't get scammed

I ordered over £250 worth of clothing from Joymitty in June 2022. I was very disappointed with the items and decided to return most of them. I contacted them to arrange a return and they offered to reimburse me 15% of the cost which I refused. I returned the items through Royal Mail and payed for tracking. Joymitty contacted me saying it might take a while for them to receive my parcel and 'not to worry' . I contacted my credit card company in October but they said that as my parcel was stuck at customs in China and hadn't reached it's final destination they couldn't help so after several contacts with Royal Mail and my parcel still at customs, in December,six months after my original order, Royal Mail reimbursed me all my money, so don't make the same mistake as me and read the reviews after placing an order, DON'T ORDER FROM JOYMITTY IN THE FIRST PLACE

Never buy from Joymitty

I’ve already written a review for Joymitty due my bad experience. I got a reply on here which was posing to resolve the matter. So I emailed them again as requested with all details of order including order number and surprise surprise no response. I’ve noticed that any negative review of their scam behaviour gets the generic reply I got and the rare positive review is flooded with sincerity. Do not be fooled.

DREADFUL COMPANY

Last February (2022) we ordered 6 items of clothing from Joymitty (total £76.81). When they arrived, around end of March, they were awful. Nothing like their pictures and very poor quality. So we tried to return the goods via their website, but this was impossible – there was nowhere to actually process any returns. So we emailed their customer service department. We had to provide reasons, photos and reference numbers, which we did. They said that their return warehouse is in Guangzhou, that there would be a lot of customs tax, so how about they offered me 10% of the total cost? We pointed out that their returns policy says ‘The returns will be made at your cost’, but says nothing about paying any customs
tax. Our local post office quoted us £26.50 for the postage. Joymitty then accepted that we could return the items, with an order number which they gave us. They said once they receive the returns, they will refund the full amount within 7 working days. So we went to considerable trouble at our (very helpful, but cynical) post office to fulfill all their conditions of return, including a detailed customs declaration and giving them our tracking number and other information. We sent it via Royal Mail international tracking on 14th April 2022. We tracked it in the ensuing weeks and months. It was received by Chinese Post on 24th June. Then with Chinese Customs in Guangzhou on 6th July, where it apparently stayed until 7th August. Then, nothing, in spite of several (unanswered) emails to Joymitty asking what was going on. Then, this morning, nearly a YEAR later – it was returned to us! Apparently unopened, with no explanation. Don't do business with these people under any circumstances.

Why do I have to give these scammers…

Why do I have to give these scammers 1*? Coming to the end of my dealings with this fraudulent company. I ordered in April this yr and when item arrived it was so cheap and nasty I contacted them straight away to get a refund. They offered me a discount to keep it but I said no I wanted my full refund. I had to post it back to them. Cost me £10.50 but I had receipt of posting. Contacted them on a monthly basis asking for my refund. Kept being told that it was at customs. 8months later it arrived back to me. I have contacted them 3 times now and they are not replying. Lucky I paid by PayPal so I contacted them and they said that this is not how Companies should work and they gave me a full refund. They also thanked me for letting them know about this Company and they are now going to file a Report on them. Lets hope they get deleted.

Bought some of their clearance tops for Christmas presents

Bought some of their tops for Christmas presents on 10/12/2022 received 29/12/2022.The material does not look like the picture,very light ,badly finished end of seams and button holes. Wrote 3 e-Mails and received no replies.Didn’t receive a confirmation invoice showing order number so couldn’t track parcel.I would return clothes but I would have to all P&P.Lastly why were all tags on fire damaged. I will not buy from this company again

WAS PROMISED BY JOYMITTY THAT THEY HAD SENT A EMAIL REGARDING RETURN AND REFUND ALL LIES AND MORE LIES WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.I HAD TO GET PAYPAL INVOLVED EVENTUALLY,BECAUSE ALTHOUGH TRADER SAID I COULD HAVE A PARTIAL REPAYMENT AND KEEP THE GOODS .ON THE FORM SENT TO ME.IT STILL MENTIONED I WOULDN’T RECEIVE THE PARTIAL REFUND UNTIL THEY RECEIVED THE GOODS BACK WHICH I HAD TO SEND BACK TO CHINA AT MY EXPENSE.
