Getting Scratchsleeves for our baby was such a relief after many sleepless nights trying to keep her from scratching and waking up with raw skin. It's been an important piece of the puzzle in getting her eczema under control and I am so grateful they exist!!! It was also cheaper to have them shipped from Joyla Baby than through Amazon.

Product is great! I wasn’t expecting it to ship from the UK so shipping time was a bit longer than expected.

Very high quality fabric and love the silk hands, but make sure to size up. When I asked for sizing help they told me to go with wingspan, but that meant 3-6 months when my baby is 8 months. Bought 3-6 and 6-9 just in case, 3-6 was way too short on torso and the 6-9 just fits. I think they should include garment length info. Also since there’s no stretch we struggle to put it over her head and get her arms through even with the extra room at the collar, which is not great since her eczema is around her face and neck. Otherwise we bought this body suit for baby’s bedtime under a sleep sack and so far it’s working out great.

Very happy with the scratch sleeves! They arrived quickly without any issues.

These definitely help a bunch with my little one not clawing his face open when he is sleeping! He has eczema and constantly scratches at night and it's been an uphill battle trying to heal his skin but this has made it a lot easier! The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because I wish there was a zipper or a bit more of coverage of the sleeves themselves so it doesn't slide up on my baby when he's sleeping (he gets frustrated and wakes up because of it). The other thing I wish is that there were full body options like an actual sleeper. Other than that they are a great product, and affordable and I recommend them to anyone I know with similar issues!

Great products, good shipping 😊 I've done a couple orders now. The scratch mitt shirts are so well made and handle a ton of mileage!

I purchased over seven pairs of these mitts they work great when they work within a week multiple pairs have worn through and ripped. Customer service gave me a $5 credit for my next order which I placed for two pairs when they arrived literally Within 2 days they were ruined. Was told that I'm the only person complaining about this and that clearly they just don't work for us and that it would be my son's fault as to why it was happening. I made a post on an eczema page that I am on and had over 70 people commenting on it stating that they've had the same issues with these Mitts, I ended up reaching out to the actual manufacturer who was was completely disgusted with how I was treated and has since come up with a resolution. As I said the mitts work when they work but the fabric wears then immediately I gently hand washed these and hung them to dry, my son was never wearing them unattended that he could be biting them and he has no teeth he wasn't rubbing them on anything other than the odd time on his face or neck but not to the extent that the silk should have ripped open. I will be buying directly from the manufacturer from now on if I continue to buy.

Easy purchase transaction, transparent delivery information. Scratch sleeves came intact in their respective wrappers. Overall a good purchasing experience!

In the future, be proactive and if there's an inventory problem let the customer know first before suddenly just cancelling their order without explanation.

I have NOT received this item??? So I was asked for a review before I received this item…even though I contacted customer service I was completely ignored…finally it arrived with Canpar so it wasn’t shipped via mail…I appreciate that I finally got my item ordered but not the fact that customer service did not contact me until they wanted me to change my review…Really!

Truly enjoyed the silk paws for my baby. They still continue to scratch but it does help preventing blisters or sores from building

The Scratch Sleeves prevent my baby girl from scratching herself while she sleeps or while I'm driving. The silk material is soft on her skin even if she tries to rub it. No more scratching means no infections. It has helped heal her severe eczema.

We have ordered from Joylababy in the past with good experiences. Unfortunately, in our last order we were sent defective Scratchsleeves. We contacted Joylababy through their online form, as well as through their contact email with absolutely no response from them after weeks. We are disappointed at the lack of response and will have to reconsider any future purchases from them.
