I ordered on 7th Jan, chased this week to receive an almost immediate response to say shipped on Monday, I feel prompted by me chasing, and still not received Friday (today). 15 days later. I don’t recall anything on the site telling me that items would take this long.

I purchased this crocheted bunny as a gift for my friend’s daughter, and it was absolutely perfect. The quality is lovely, you can really see the care and craftsmanship in the details. It feels well-made and sturdy, and it arrived on time, nicely packaged. I’m delighted with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

So adorable and wellmade gifts. We got two for each of our little ones and they love them. We know they'll be our keepsake favourites. We also had them personalised with their names for a little extra too giving them a lovely personalised touch. We have a little niece arriving soon so will be sure to treat them with one too.

This was my first order from Joy Gift London, and it exceeded my expectations. The gift was elegant, carefully prepared, and arrived exactly as described. From packaging to delivery, everything was smooth and professional. Highly recommended for anyone looking for meaningful, well-crafted gifts.

I ordered a product based on a clear reference design. Before shipping, I requested a photo for approval. The photo they sent showed something completely different from what I ordered wrong proportions, smaller head, shorter arms and legs, and an overall design that did not match the reference at all. Because the product was wrong, I did not approve it, and it was never shipped or received. Instead of taking responsibility, the seller falsely claimed that the item was made “exactly as requested.” That is simply not true. The order was cancelled only after I pointed out their mistake, yet they attempted to shift the blame rather than acknowledge the error. This was not a change of mind, it was a failure to deliver what was ordered, followed by misrepresentation of the situation. I would not trust this seller with custom orders if accuracy and honesty matter to you. Very disappointing experience and poor honesty

A preview photo was not sent proactively as you claim. I explicitly requested it so I could approve or reject the item before shipping. When I received that photo, it was immediately clear that what was made did not match the reference design or the specifications I provided, including the larger head and longer arms and legs I clearly requested.

This was also not a truly custom-made piece, despite how you continue to describe it. The item shown in the preview closely resembled the same standard designs already displayed on your website, rather than the reference I provided. In other words, nothing was custom-made to my specifications.

I did not cancel the order because I “wasn’t satisfied.” I rejected the item because it was incorrect. Only after I pointed out that the product did not match what was ordered did you choose to cancel the order.

Continuing to claim that the item was made “exactly to specifications” and framing this as a simple matter of expectations is misleading and untrue. A custom order must actually reflect the agreed reference. This one did not.

The item was never shipped and a refund was issued because the wrong product was made, not because you acted generously or “fairly.” Please stop misrepresenting what happened.

I ordered a sleeping bunny for my niece and received it today. The product came as I expected, but I'm not satisfied with the delivery, because it came in a regular bag and I had to pay extra for delivery even though I paid for shipping to Poland (That is, the shipping fee charged twice) Besides, I waited for my order for a very long time, over a month, and I really didn't like your attitude towards the customer when I wrote that a month had passed and I hadn't received my package and I ask for a refund if I don't get it. No one replied to my message.

I ordered a giraffe and rattle gift set on 14th July but was lost in Evri transit. Luka from customer support was very good and looked into it for me and then had another one made quickly and delivered by DPD. Arrived today in lovely gift box and both are lovely and very well made
Excited to give it to my son and girlfriend who are expecting their first baby
