I was fooled by the UK website into thinking this company operated here. They don't, they ship from China. The item I ordered was supposedly shipped from China but never arrived. Thankfully, I was able to claim my money back from Paypal but would never use them again

I will never use that company every again they don't respond they think the order was delivered no picture no proof no card in door don't shop with them waste of money they will only answer if you have PayPal or or something

Shocking service. No communication about the Christmas present that hasn’t arrived. I live in hope …

This company are scum. They advertise a product, that I knew my 6 yr old would love, but don’t deliver. They have stolen £23.99 from me.
They are liars and thieves, keep well away from them, they are crooks. Do not touch them. They are shite.

Not waterproof, split on 2nd use, it's a scam, don't waste your money

Shocking performance.
Took my money 8th December
10 days later product still in China and no update over the last 24 hrs. The limited tracking info makes no sense at all. UPDATE I did against expectations receive the item but painfully slow delivery and many emails exchanged with them. Not a pleasant experience.
My advice would be still not to purchase anything from them.

This company hides behind a UK web and email and are actually in china. They do not answer emails and give little to no information.
BEWARE is not a UK based company .
It’s my fault for not checking before purchase. Another lesson learned.
After complaint about NO delivery, it was marked as delivered. So I can’t claim though PayPal. REALLY iffy company BEWARE

Ordered something - realised it was much cheaper elsewhere and that inflated costs were given to mislead buyers. I cancelled within an hour and sent a polite cancellation request twice. No reply -but after a week I was sent a notification of dispatch.

Money taken, no confirmation of items being dispatched no tracking number. Contact with ‘customer service’ useless, Automated robotic response that didn’t answer query. Gave up trying to get a reply. Will request credit card company to refund money as I suspect I have been scammed.

To be honest, after reading the reviews I thought I'd been scammed. However i did recieve my package but on ordering 3 at a discount only 2 + an empty box in the package. Haven't tried them yet what with the inclament weather so unable to give a rating. Not pusuing the shortage of an empty third carton too much hassle
However try Ebay, a third the price for the same product.

Same as others, bought the advertised gnome calendar for my daughter. It’s so small with really crap toys in it, not even gnomes! Avoid this company!

Absolute Con...40quid for a gnome calender. I thought the kids could open and get a decent sized toy/ future Christmas decoration...its advertised about 3 ft tall ...its not even a 3rd if it. Scamming scumbags.

Just got scammed from joy cuts who use the gnome advent calendar advert on YouTube, which says you get a big advent calendar with large size gnomes ordered four of them for £140 got delivered today which were tiny with crap toys in them. What a complete rip-off from these dirty Chinese companies.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
This company are nothing but thieves, do not use them in anyway.
I ordered a giant gnome calender for my wife and what arrived was no bigger than a book filled with cheap tat.
Is there anyway to shut these charlatans down.

Total ripoff. The gnome calendar is tiny and contains small, cheap toy Santa's. It is crap. Total thieves. DO NOT BUY.

They advertised a large gnome Callander with hand made soft toys in. Arrived in post and is nothing like as dvertised and is literally a fraction of the size of the one shown in the video. Clearly a scam

What a terrible experience!!! Bought the 2024 gonks advent calendar which advertises 24 individual gonks!! Came all the way from china,, not uk. Joycuts.co.uk you would think it would be a safe site to purchase goods totally been scammed by this company!! We opened it to find 3 small gonks and a load off rubbish rubber Christmas items what a shock!!! Not what was advertised on website they should be a shamed off there company for leading honest people astray .biggest waste off £45 pounds,,, please,please do not use this company for anything going by other reviews off joycuts products.

Been good 👍 some of the stuff.

I’m still waiting for my Phone Holder and this is third week. Tracking number not recognised and item hasn't arrived yet. Very poor experience so far. All in all, a very disappointing experience so far and I’m still waiting for my phone holder.
