I don’t even want to give one star as I don’t think this ‘company’ is worthy of it! I brought a wedding dress from Joybetty nearly a year ago.. had custom made too my size and paid extra. One it was way to big and two looked nothing like the photos the dress claims to look like, I then email and they said I send the dress back I would get a refund… paid 30 to send back but never received my refund… today I had a parcel turn up in my name so I took it in.. opened it and it was the dress that I sent back over a year ago.. with dirty marks over it not that it would make any difference. They have also took money from my bank for this dress. Why didn’t I get a refund it’s awful.

horrible!!!!!! Bride didn’t like the dress in person. They won’t let me send it back. I just wasted $80. Do not buy!!!!

Dresses doesn't look like the picture when ordered... And return policy is just for the fun of it.. You cannot return the dress if it doesn't look like the picture ... Don't waist your money... Bad experience with them... Still fighting...dresses are really bad..

Extremely poor service with faulty goods, unprofessional & incompetent responses and failure to adhere to their own policies & procedures.

Please do NOT purchase from this site, you will be left severely disappointed in the products inadequate quality and fit.

My family ordered some dresses on the understanding that providing they contact them within a given period there would be no problem in getting a refund.

They have not kept to their stated policies. Ignored correspondance and deleted all the poor reviews to make themselves look good as a company.

Dont waste your hard earned cash. Spend it elsewhere.

I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from here they arrived damaged and they then refused to give me a refund even though it’s stated in there policy! They have deleted all negative comments on their site and only kept the good ones. They have ignored e mails and told me to sort the dresses myself from my local tailor. Really upset how I have been scammed and left out of pocket! Do not order from here.

We’ve emailed them several times regarding returning the dresses, but they have ignored all of our correspondence. It’s now been a month and we are not any closer to getting our money back.

Please stay well away from this company!

We have taken legal advice as we do not believe a company should be allowed to treat their customers in this way.

Joy Betty, we will continue to tell everyone of your awful company until you give us our money back. We will continue to get friends and family to write to tell everyone how you have stolen our money and have completely disregarded your own returns policy.

my other half ordered £382 worth of dresses for our bridesmaids. We received the dresses one dress was slightly ripped and another dress was a different shade to the rest.

We then tried to send these back. If you read their return policy it states general returns can be handled by getting in touch before 6 days of receiving your dress. We got in touch with them 4 days after receiving.

We asked for a full refund and a delivery address. They have ignored numerous emails. I have had a 1 to 1 conversation over Facebook which they had ignored my messages.

So far it’s been a month and we are not any closer to getting our money back and returning the dresses.

We have told them we will pay for recorded delivery to send them back but they have ignored.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away from this company.

I have taken advice who have told me to take legal advice and ensure I have made it clear to them that I want a return and full refund.

We are now £400 down

I love the dress. It is amazing and it looked exactly like it shown on the picture. I am really satisfied with my order. Also they have made some changes to the dress as I have requested with no extra cost and I love it, it's PERFECT and I can't wait to wear it to prom.
