I have never used a travel agency and a good friend recommended Journey Signs Travel and I am forever grateful! I simply cannot say enough about how wonderful Gary was to work with. He was informative, patient (as I am a nervous traveler) and helpful! He helped us arrange a 15 day trip to Hawaii that involved staying on 3 islands. It was incredible and so well planned.

Without a doubt, I would use this agency again and especially Gary!!!!

We had an amazing time on our Niagara Falls trip. Leah listened to all our requests and planned a collection of wonderful outings and adventures. My kids absolutely loved the Zipline and tour behind the Falls!

I could not rate my experience high enough! The planning, execution, and customization of the elements that were most important to me far exceeded my expectations. I was able to immerse myself in the culture and enjoy every minute without having to worry about anything!

Everything was planned to perfection. From our flights to our destination. We were picked up at the airport and driven to our hotel. The hotel had all the amenities we asked for and was oceanfront. Our guided tours were wonderful and enlightening. We went for my daughters 40th birthday and she is a tea lover. Our agent was able to arrange a tour of a tea plantation for us with unlimited tea testing which she loved.

I had two trips planned and plan to have more. I will always use Leah to plan travel! She is patient and easy to work with and plans exactly what you want!

We traveled in a large group and we were very happy the private transportation allowed us to travel together. The excursions were great and went smoothly. The hotel was exceptional and the free breakfast was delicious. Everything was great.
