Great Response Time
I placed an order for a gift for my wife and mistakenly used our home address. I reached out to the Journey sales team hoping to get it changed to avoid ruining the surprise. Guess what, they changed it. Incredible service and we don’t even have the product yet! I couldn’t be happier with the level of service.
Problem solved in record time
After accidentally breaking a component of my car mount charger, I reached out to Journey’s support team to see if I could purchase a replacement. Not only did they respond incredibly quickly, but they also sent the part free of charge. Within less than two days, my charger was as good as new.
It’s rare to come across a company that combines such genuine care for its customers with this level of efficiency. Journey delivers exceptional service, and truly stands behind it.

Contacted Journey Official to see about getting some replacement screws for my order and they were able to fulfill my request in less than 10 minutes. That was from the contact us form to receiving a confirmation email on my replacement order. Can't say I've ever had service this fast before.
Faulty products!!and terrible customer service!!
My wife bought me a trackable wallet
LOC8 VERSA from journey official and the rapid Trio 3 in one wireless charging station last year but under the warranty the products were faulty we then emailed journey and told them what happened sent screenshots and video of the faulty products and ask for a replacement they then sent me the wrong replacement.. so I emailed them back they said to me that they couldn't find the trackable wallet in their website and kept asking us for the order number which we sent them multiple times and multiple screenshots of the order number, but they kept saying that it was not in their system and asked if us if we bought the items from a third party. We created an account with journey official and sent them
the screenshot of my wife’s account with journey. They persisted that the order number for the wallet is not in their database. So we looked at their website and found a new version of the wallet and we said to
them that you have a new version of the wallet in your website that’s why you couldn’t find the original trackable wallet that we bought from you. But all of a sudden after mentioning that to them they were able to replace my wallet with the exact same one. Just seems like they were trying to avoid to replace the right item after multiple emails which took us 2-3 days of emailing them back and forth they finally come through. Customers are always right Journey!! Each email we received from them is not a follow up email either and we had to repeat ourselves each time about the issue which really frustrated us. Poor communication and poor customer service. Better off to to another company e.g. The Ridge wallet, or EKster wallet is a much better choice and a much better option.

I was missing the charger for my Loc8 wallet - I had purchased it at the store while upgrading my phone last year. I didn’t realize it was a locator at the time, and carried a locator card in the wallet. I noticed the charge port one day and proceeded to find out what that was about. I was delighted to find the features of my MagSafe wallet, but needed a charging cable. I contacted Journey Official to inquire about procuring one. I was quickly greeted, told my story and within 2days my charger was in the mail to me. They were responsive, pleasant and assured about their product line which was an awesome experience for me. I’ll buy Journey Official with confidence (and knowledge) in the future. It’s really nice to experience old-fashioned customer service again!!!

Ordered a 3 in 1 charger based on…
Ordered a 3 in 1 charger based on reviews and the appearance of quality. Liked most tired of travelling with three cables. Product is top quality. Does not come with a wall plug. Only after coming back from travelling and realizing my AirPods when not recharging did I find out I needed a 30W plug, another $30. Product may be too expensive for what you are actually getting.
Frustrating travelling but a lesson learned. Nothing is what it seems these days!!!

I was waiting for the product to arrive in order to write the review, but honestly, I would not even wait for it because I am sure that it would be top tier quality.
What impressed me, though, was the response time, on a weekend, in the late afternoon, when I received an answer to a question about my purchase. I've never seen such level of customer oriented dedication and support! Kudos to the company! When the Loc8 Versa Nappa leather wallet comes, I'll even post some pictures and rate it again, that's how satisfied I am!

Very impressive customer service! Had a faulty part which was replaced no-hassle next day with immediate email responses. Great quality unit, and I'm even more reassured (and would recommend) thanks to how they dealt with this. Issues can always occur - it's how companies deal with them which matters.
