Jotform Graphic and Service Issues
Jotform, for some reason, wasn't designed with graphic formatting in mind. One of the major issues is that there aren't many options about spacing, including the ability to indent a second line of text for numbered items, and so the text of the second line extends to the left under the number. That looks visually distorted and is graphically incorrect. I don't remember using a questionnaire/test type program before that didn't consider simple graphic standards like that. If I had known about this and other spacing issues, as well as the really bad customer service, I wouldn't have chosen this program. Chatting with customer service and getting nowhere for several minutes, I then waited over 10 minutes more, after AI said a representative would take over, and no one ever showed. Even when jotform emailed and wanted me to clarify my review, they sent me the link to AI, rather than to a human. And so even though I mentioned the customer service being bad, they sent me there again. Just sharing so others know these spacing problems, as well as customer service issues.

The worst customer service experience I…
Update: Jotform reached out and provided me a full refund, which I appreciate, so I'm adding one star. Once they resolve the issue that users cannot log in from Germany on a USA account, I'll be happy to add more stars. Apparently, their customer service is only good if you leave a negative review first. More updates to come, hopefully.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I purchased jotform yearly subscription last black friday. Since then, I've been contacting them about not being able to log into my account. They kept passing me around to different agents and they all kept saying we will get back to you. A full year of asking for support and asking for a refund, I did not get a single resolution. And to top it off, they have gone ahead and charged me for the next year at full price! This is the worst company ever and I recommend staying away.

It is super easy to use, it has an appointment calendar that is very configurable, compared to other platforms, it has an account for free users and association with payment methods that can be used without programming knowledge.
